While the service was great, the food was pretty mid. My team said it reminded them of basically Popeyes chicken. No offense to the establishment it was just our first time eating at the chain. I hope next time is better

We always go to Bojangles for dinner, I always get the pulled pork combo meal with fries and a Dr Pepper, my brother got two pulled pork sandwiches for $5.00 dollars, and my sister got a sausage egg and cheese combo with a Pepsi. The pulled pork has coleslaw on it, and my brother got his without coleslaw. The customer service was great at the window, and great prices, I recommend this store for all your dining needs.
Parking: Has a huge parking lot around the whole restaurant.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have a wheelchair ramp to get into the restaurant and tables to sit at.

The staff is very friendly I don't understand how this place consistently fails to get an A rating, has been cited for the same problems multiple times and Still Remains open. The owner really needs to put some effort into training his employees so they know the proper way of doing things. I stopped by every couple of months when I'm not that into town just to see if it's gotten better . I would hate to see this place close. The owner really needs to step up and fix the problems. It could easily be as good as the one on Gumbranch that always does a terrific job

PLEASE MAKE THE SPEED OF SERVICE A PRIORITY IN THIS BOJANGLES. EVERYONE IS TIRED OF WAITING FOR THEIR FOOD TO COME OUT. WE JUST WANT OUR FOOD SO WE CAN GO. TOO SLOW OF A WAIT.

Went through drive through got an 8 pc bo box ended up with 2 legs and 6 wings. I was terribly disappointed. Then I call the bo jangels at 400 in the afternoon and they wouldn't answer the phone. Say no to a bo box cause you might just get wings next time. So just say NO TO BO

Sat in the drive thru at the speaker for 15min, placed order only to be told they were out of chicken sandwiches and no pinto beans for the rice bowls. SERIOUSLY? This place is ridiculous. It was on my way home, but instead I had to drive across town to get what I wanted. SMH never again
