Guy up front seems pretty nice. Waited almost an hour on my order, they made it wrong causing me to wait longer. And the air conditioning wasn’t on or something thermostat read it was 80 degrees in there and there was no circulation making it hotter.

This was our first time seeing this place and wanted to try it out, and I can say we are very disappointed. My husband ordered over the phone and we walk in calculating the total was gonna be $45. The total came out to be $60. And I’m appalled asking why it’s so much. And the man started raising his voice being rude saying that’s what we ordered when he got it wrong and gave us an entrée instead of it being a side like we ordered. We got the order situated. And they still ended up giving us the wrong order. He tried turning it around and saying it was our fault for him not understanding us. All around being plain rude to us. And the food isn’t even that good. Too small of portions for crappy food. DEFINITELY DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!

I’ve ordered several times from Bonsai using door dash. It’s a tad expensive but the food is good. This time my steak hibachi was a tad overcooked but I know nothing is perfect. Will def order again

Ordered a poke bowl. Tuna and salmon seemed and tasted fresh. Problem was it was extremely salty.. unfortunately did not enjoy :( felt rushed..

Food was good, it was delivered by Grun Hub so it was cold. Was sick or would not have delivered. Ordered Hibachi Chicken and Spring Rolls, both were good. Would have ordered more food if delivery wasn't so expensive.
