I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger yesterday for lunch. Burger did not taste right, I couldn’t even eat it, had way too much grease, the burger buns and the Pattie’s were slimy. I had an upset stomach for the few bites I did try to eat. Contacted store for refund, manager told me well burgers are cooked fresh daily, couldn’t have been from the burger I have employees calling out sick, just a bug you got. He also preceded to tell me, it probably didn’t agree with your stomach. A burger covered in grease and butter if that’s the case would upset anyone’s stomach.Certainly don’t have to worry about me ever ordering nor dining here again. Not the response I was looking for no apology, just tried to put the blame on me. I’ll be keeping an eye out making sure my refund is credited back to me.

close this place down. They’re sooo rude and they took an hour to make 4 wings? Then, the wings had little hairs in it like pubic hair. I almost threw up. This is disgusting first time coming here and last time coming here. The hairs were so tiny too did someone shave their facial hair or something back there in my food ???😃 what the hell?

I ordered sitting at the table in the middle of the dinning room and I saw the cook black male with glasses eating off my plate. I’m truly upset because why would you hire an employee that eats off customers plate? Buffalo Wild Wings truly needs to do something about this.

Worst experience. Food quality has gone way down hill. Chicken was so dry and cold after waiting 40 mins. I wanted to get my money back but I was so frustrated with time wasted today just said the heck with it. I won’t be coming back anytime soon
took my son for his 14th birthday our server had the worst attitude u could imagine the host barely spoke to us and the food was absolutely terrible it will be our first and last time going

Waited 45 minutes for appetizer. Waited an additional 1 hour for food that was cold been sitting in the kitchen area all day. I understand if it's busy there will be delays but don't bring out cold food. Also the server should have informed us about the wait. BTW. I have friends that are in the office in Columbus, OH.
