Megan Moore is phenomenal! We were just about to walk out due to the computers being down and honestly just being super busy. Megan made it a point to make sure we got our to go order fast and hot! Very disappointed this vist to BWW, Food was good.. As always. But, everyone else at my table had gotten their food while mine was “still being made”. Everyone at my table had finish their food BEFORE my food even came out, had to get my food to go. Truthfully.. whoever was on the grill doing burgers needs to work in another department for BBW or something.

This place is good but I used to love going for the buy one get one (BOGO) wings. No point of dining in now because “the kitchen gets backed up” when you try to get 6 different flavors when getting THIRTY (30) boneless wings with their BOGO, you can only get 2 flavors which is ridiculous. Just use the app now and eat at the comfort of your own home because somehow using the app to get 6 flavors doesn’t disrupt or back up the kitchen. What’s even more disappointing is when i went for BOGO wings it was around 4PM on Thursday and it wasn’t busy at all and the waitress said “no you can only get 2 flavors cause it’ll back up the kitchen.” This has occurred twice but I learned my lesson not to dine in anymore.

March 15th I entered the building, with a party of 25 it was 83 degrees in the building. The host informed us that the HVAC unit was broken and had been for months. The staff had all the windows and doors open in an attempt to cool the building so EVERYTHING was completely covered in pollen. This is a blatant disrespect for the staff and customers who visit and work at this establishment. We of course left and won't be back.

Today I bought 2 hamburgers and an order of wings but the wings are very overcooked, very hard and the potatoes were cooked very hard for a while now and the same thing has happened to me 3 times, I think I will stop going shopping

Victoria came over to help me understand which i appreciate one of the problems is a regular order of fries is $5 makes me want to start selling them potatoes feel like i could make a good living but all in all it was a good experience and again i appreciate both my waitress and mgr helping me understand ?
