I don't do Burger King often anymore, and this is generally a reminder why. Fries were ok, but not great, this is my original chicken sandwich with gross lettuce, and when we initially got the order, we were missing 2 items. The associates were helpful in getting the replacement items, and service was friendly, but the quality standards are poor.

I have been to this BK many times over many years. It is probably the best run in America. Everything is always quick, courteous, tasty, correct and staff do not doddle they get your order done fast and right! It is always a good experience which is rare this days and so consistently. I think they could get a 6 sigma rating! The management definitely corrects issues which are very rare.

Never an issue when coming to this location. Food is always made to order and is hot and fresh. The staff in the drive thru or when dining in are very polite.

Worst experience ever!!!!! We placed an online order. They asked us to pull up because the food wasn't ready. Np. However it took over 30 minutes to get our food!!!!! And in that time they're giving other ppl their order. But they claimed they were just waiting on fresh fries. BS. And after all the nonsense and waiting we get the food back to the house to find we have no ketchup or sauce for a big order. UNBELIEVABLE.

Just go to a different location.. I had a coupon code from the BURGER KING WEBPAGE. the worker said we don't honor those at this location.. However online it didn't say at particular locations. instead of trying to help me she just wanted to make excuses & give me a total.. Customer service is TERRIBLE. One reason why I stay away from that location
