Today 3/30/24 I went to this location to get a quick dinner spending exactly $62.72 for my family’s meal. When I get to the first window the young lady named Lakeiya took my payment, she was not friendly and was a bit rude. When I asked the young lady for 2 crowns for my toddler twins she rolled her eyes and once again was rude to me again. At this point I will take my business elsewhere where the customers are valued and appreciated. I understand working at Burger King isn’t a dream job for anyone but she is the one that applied for a job there. All and all of you don’t like your job don’t take it out on the customers it’s bad business.

Why are you all rude at 830pm? Walked in, no greeting, no “you’re welcomes” no sense of hospitality. Just a hostile environment. You can tell they don’t care. Not even a “thank you have a good night”. 1 Star for this location!

Ordered two whopper jrs. Was told to pull up and wait at white line. Waited about 4-6 minutes for food. When I got it the sandwiches were hard as a rock. Could not believe it since I waited for it so long. I think they did it on purpose because how else does that happen.

Order 2 croissan'wich 2 potato rounds. The gentleman set my croissants on the counter and told me thy were dropping my potatoes. Never put the croissants under the light to stay warm. And when the potatoes were done they sit them under the light. I had to ask for them. Worst burger King in North Carolina.
