Burger King in general is just really going downhill for some reason. They make you wait before you order when there's nobody ahead of you in the drive-thru and the restaurant is empty!! every single time! I can't explain it!!

I always approach the counter to evaluate customer service first. This manager makes good eye contact with every customer. She's very skilled at her approach, and she has a good demeanor. We need more people like her. My visit was on January 15, 2025. 3:40 pm

It was my son’s birthday today went in about 545pm. The lady I believe she was a manager wished my son a happy birthday and was very friendly, interactive and good with the kids. Will definitely be back very good customer service wish I got her name.

Always great service! The workers are so nice and always get my order correct and fast. And they give you lots of sauce for your nuggies!
Friendly staff and a very clean dining room. Food was subpar, chicken sandwich was mostly cold and tasted old and nuggets were dry and over cooked.

I went for a breakfast sandwich and they don't have English muffins, just biscuits and croissants. It's a personal preference I guess. Also, I'd have alternatively went for a breakfast burrito but they didn't have them available. Fast food isn't really my thing, I mainly wanted a coffee so I stopped.
