Our Impossible burgers were burnt... like completely black, the veggies had char on them and were floppy. I threw my food away... completely inedible. Also, Inside the restaurant was filthy... never returning to this location. 🤢

The food was neither good or bad, the service for a mobile order not being made until the customer arrives must be a new policy. The drink station had food all over it as well as the booth I sat at, and at least 3 more tables while I was there.

Had a very nice gentleman take my order at the drive thru this morning. Polite, patient, realized my order could have been cheaper after I had ordered incorrectly and fixed it for me. Food came out quick and fresh. Very happy with the service I received.

2 April 2025, this is the second time ordering a burger within a 3 week period, and whoever is making the food is putting in less and less effort. It seems as though it was just thrown together, just to get it out the door. I do not recommend until changes are made.

I live near the other location but I always drive past it and come to this store. The food always tastes better and you actually have a high chance to see someone smiling. Whoever makes the whoppers here slaps
