I keep giving this spot a chance but usually drive to Swansboro if I ever want a whopper. This last time like other times, my bread was stale, whopper patty flavorless, and the fries tasted like old oil. The service was great but the food sucked. I think I’m done giving this spot anymore tries.

On May 13 I made a Mobil order and they closed early. The guy that was there acted like he didn’t see me. Finally when he comes to the window like 10 mins later he tell me I’ll get my money back tonight and I had to cancel on the app. But he lied. I will not get my money back for 5-7 business days.
We visited this location on 4/24/2025 around 10:30 and was told that they do not take any orders that are not uber eats or door dash after a certain time. This is extremely annoying as the hours of operation are listed until 11 and if service isn’t going to be available then the hours need to be corrected to list hours that the general public can pay within 3rd party mark ups on services.

Order #930 was cold and looked like it was a remake. Alicia needs to learn customer service skills. Keep the $9 dollars for the order (that's probably what you make an hour anyway). Have a great day. Whoever owns this restaurant, I can see why you were closed for so long. You should have STAYED CLOSED.
