On May 13 I made a Mobil order and they closed early. The guy that was there acted like he didn’t see me. Finally when he comes to the window like 10 mins later he tell me I’ll get my money back tonight and I had to cancel on the app. But he lied. I will not get my money back for 5-7 business days.
We visited this location on 4/24/2025 around 10:30 and was told that they do not take any orders that are not uber eats or door dash after a certain time. This is extremely annoying as the hours of operation are listed until 11 and if service isn’t going to be available then the hours need to be corrected to list hours that the general public can pay within 3rd party mark ups on services.
Order #930 was cold and looked like it was a remake. Alicia needs to learn customer service skills. Keep the $9 dollars for the order (that's probably what you make an hour anyway). Have a great day. Whoever owns this restaurant, I can see why you were closed for so long. You should have STAYED CLOSED.
There was something hard brown ball shaped in the long chicken sandwich.
This is a great burger King to go to. They are always quick, food is hot and the service is fast.

Beautifully renovated restaurant and the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff is unmatched.
By far one of the best Burger King Restaurants that recently re opened. Came in here for breakfast and the services was amazing. The manager Ahna is doing an amazing job. We are glad this location is back open and will be back soon.

I ordered twice on door dash and double whopper and got a single what is going on with burger King. The receipt stays double whopper so why didny I get a double whopper

I waited 20 minutes for my order, which was wrong. After going through the bag to check, I told them what I was missing. I was then yelled at by staff that I didn’t check the bag correctly and the missing items were in the bottom of the bag, while my bag was sitting empty on one of the tables because I had just emptied it to check.
The manager said the rude employee was training but did nothing to rectify the situation or correct the employee as she watched the whole fiasco.

How are you back open and already messing up orders. I ordered a bacon king and received a jr bacon cheese burger. Waited in line for 10 minutes and it was cold. Tried to call and no one answered. PURE TRASH. For all that you could have stayed closed. Sorry excuse for service

Got the BK "Big fish" combo and it was mediocre at best. The sandwich was tiny with a small piece of fish, one piece of lettuce about 10 pickle slices(!),and a healthy glob of mayo or tartar sauce (?). The fries were STILL dry and like cardboard even after all these years for BK to step up their fry game . Tea was ok. The one positive food wise was the fish was actually tasty and crispy.
