Got the BK "Big fish" combo and it was mediocre at best. The sandwich was tiny with a small piece of fish, one piece of lettuce about 10 pickle slices(!),and a healthy glob of mayo or tartar sauce (?). The fries were STILL dry and like cardboard even after all these years for BK to step up their fry game . Tea was ok. The one positive food wise was the fish was actually tasty and crispy.

I actually like this BK. Been here 3-4 times now & each time the staff has been great, the food hot, & I like that BK is doing deals again. For a while they were too expensive, so I quit going. Y'all can thank T-Mobile Tuesday's deals for getting me back in here. I don't like that some deals (such as that one) was only avail on the app or website. At least it wasn't app only like some places. Limited space on phone.

Usually, we avoid Burger King; however, tonight, my husband and I decided to give it a try. We walked in and were greeted immediately. Everyone working was kind and friendly, and the food was fresh and yummy. I had to leave a good review because we were pleasantly surprised by this Burger King location!

Not sure why, but the last two times I’ve gotten food from here the fries are awful. The first time I couldn’t even eat them because they were drenched in old oil. Today, the fries were crispy but a lot were burnt and, again, I could taste the old oil. Someone’s not cleaning the fryer as often/as clean as it should be. Please fix ): otherwise everything else tasted great and the drive thru woman was very nice today :)

I work across the parking lot and occasionally attempt to walk in to order and they ALWAYS have the lobby closed early. The website says they should be open until ten and they closed it at 755 last night. Whomever is in charge needs to be reconsidered. They’re only hurting the business. Who chooses less work over more money?

Food was disgusting. It usually isn't bad. The music was too loud. It was hard for the cashier to hear me or me hear him. The service wasn't wonderful but was horrible either.

I know working isn’t fun, but when you’re supposed to be open until a certain time, maybe you should stay open until that time. Just saying. This place shouldn’t be open for business at all.

It’s kind of petty to complain about but I ordered at 8:30 to come inside because I had to use the restroom. When I went to walk in a lady stopped me and was like uhm are you grub hub or Uber eats I can’t remember which one. When I told her no she said the lobby’s closed you’ll have to go to the drive thru. I told her it was weird they’d let you order to come in if the lobby was closed. I’m not so much mad about that it is just the way she came off when she said it. Then I go through the drive thru and I ordered two packs of two cookies and they forgot a pack luckily I hadn’t left let. She said she read it wrong which happens to the best of us but when I tell you these cookies were hard as a rock I took a video and you can knock them on the table and they don’t bend they sound like you are knocking on the door. You can also clearly see they’ve been over cooked. I would’ve rather been told they didn’t have any then been sold those.

I tried to hand a lady a dollar after i paid for everything with my card because they wanted 36 cents or what ever it was. Because my dollar was dirty and wrinkled they would not accept my dollar and told me they would put it on my card! Money is money and I’m literally over this Burger King first off my order is never correct and i never say anything now not accepting literal cash because it’s dirty! She said “I’m not taking that eww” thanks for disrespecting my dollar and myself basically calling us dirty over the money

I’ve had multiple issues at this Burger King. We are now refusing to go there and drive all the way to swansboro. Last night they closed early at 9 pm but the hours say 11 pm. They’re rude isn’t he drive thru , it’s just not worth my business .
