Was there yesterday about 5pm guy taking order was on his phone had to tell him my order 3time's and took 10 minutes for one burger and I was the only customer there and burger was cold every time ive been there most employees have an attitude except for a black older lady I think is a manager she does very well the others need to be let go,its a shame I enjoyed checkers for years ,but this one on marine blvd is trash

Very sad sandwich The cheeseburger for whopping $10 i’ve asked for extra pickle got none. One small pinch of lettuce, very smash sandwich and overcooked fries taste like dirty oil. I’d rather have McDonald’s in this waste again! Even the lettuce is very wilted

i am absolutely appalled by how my husband and i were treated, our food was overcooked and the chicken i got was so hard it was inedible!! we live 2 minutes away and my fries were super cold!!!! my husband went back mind you, we didnt eat anything!!! they said they couldnt give a refund because it was online!! they didnt offer to help or fix anything, they said they couldn’t do anything. im SO MAD.

Pulled up to drive thru and was yelled at when I tried to order a milk shake I never been treated so rudely in all my life if you dont have Milkshakes why is it on your menu update your menu for crying out loud and dont scream at people!!
I wanted to try since I'm new to town. I wasn't sure if it was actually open when I pulled up. 2 people on staff at the time. I paid almost $10 for a burger and fries. Burger was inedible with the amount of salt on the bread and the burger. Fries were burnt. Extremely dissatisfied and had to literally spit my burger out. Wasn't given a receipt. Not happy at all.

Love checkers fries always have and chicken sandwich so I love to go when I can. I used to frequent the one in the now smoothie king location. Let me tell you when I say this is the most ridiculous experience I have had EVER in food I'm not lying. I dont even ever leave reviews usually. Pulled in drive through (was the only car) took almost 9 minutes for some one to even answer the speaker then acted like it was a problem I was there ordering a single combo meal. Then took almost 11 minutes to hand my bag out the window. 20 minutes later finally pulling out of parking lot just to realize my fries feel like they have been sitting under a heat lamp for 2+ hours. Hire competent employees or close your business.

This place has gone down hard. Fix your store!!!!! Let be presentable. My dad use to bring us here and the food was fabulous. This time the chicken was still gooey. I question the lettuce and mayo mix, it looked old. My all time favorite are the seasoned fries. Nope,that is not what I received. The fries were over greasy and thats due to them taking old fries and putting them back in the grease as a refresher. Completely disgusting. I did throw my food in the trash. Unfortunately I will not return to this location. Side note: It is not wise to use the drink cup as a scoop and dip in in the ice machine, it's called contamination.

I thought this place was abandoned when I pulled up. Signage ripped from the ground, the height pole is about to fall over, the outside atmosphere looks like it needs a serious maintenance make over. Took the guy on the microphone over 5 minutes to acknowledge I was there. The two guys inside the building were arguing when I pulled up to the window and took even longer to get the food out. I appreciate that this place has been here aloooong time and it’s nice to see a business here still thriving but man y’all need to clean this place up.
