This Chick-fil-A used to get dozens of people through the drive thru all day and I thought it was a fluke at first but It has become genuinely difficult to get food at this location. I ordered breakfast on my phone and got there at 10:15 and the line did not move one single car for 15 minutes and then at 10:30 a worker came out to take orders and turn everyone away who had a mobile order. If they had explained to me that you shouldnt place mobile orders for breakfast past 10 or they ran out of food or something along those lines I would've understood because this Chick-fil-A is constantly overrun with people. It was the fact that this was my 3rd really poor experience here, and each time the staff was extremely rude about it which is extremely uncharacteristic. It was a 1 star experience but because I've had so many positive experiences with this Chick-fil-A in the past 3 stars seemed fair but I think I'm going to give this location a few months before going back.

I am very disappointed with service speed and accuracy. Took 10 minutes from time I got beverage at drive thru to get food. Then, food order shorted me 12 pieces of nuggets and a chicken sandwich from large order.

Drive thru took over 30 minutes and still haven’t placed my order. When you finally get the food another 20 minutes later you’ll be lucky to get the order correct or a full order of fries. Every time I come it’s the same thing. Your better off spending the hour+ and actually have a sit down meal.

I do not like the new drive thru. I do not see the point in brining me my food four cars back and I'm still stuck in the line. Both lanes should be moving at the same time. Then the worker told me next time it's a third lane. Obviously but if I'm stuck how am I going to use it. You guys need a new method cause this one not working. I like chick fil a but won't be coming back to this one. Wait time is horrible.

I’ve been to this Chick-fil-A multiple times. Every-time is the same, poor and slow service. Definitely doesn’t strike me as a restaurant that stands out. Customer service is poor and doesn’t feel like the Chick-fil-A standard.
Since under new management writing new review. Accommodated an order for my son who has Celiacs (no reaction noticed or observed). They had issues in their system removing the biscuit but accommodated us several weeks ago so decided to leave a good review. Manager was friendly and helpful.

Ordered a spicey chicken deluxe and got a chicken sandwich, asked for a half sweet half unsweet tea and got an unsweet, and when I was ordering, the person got frustrated that they couldn’t hear and switched to another before that person said “my god.” At that point, I gave up and just took the food as it was.

Y’all Literally Had My Mom Waiting On Food For 30 mins For it to not be fresh then charged us for cheese for the sandwiches but didn’t add it then gave small fries for a large then no sauce … do better night shift
