I am very disappointed with service speed and accuracy. Took 10 minutes from time I got beverage at drive thru to get food. Then, food order shorted me 12 pieces of nuggets and a chicken sandwich from large order.

Drive thru took over 30 minutes and still haven’t placed my order. When you finally get the food another 20 minutes later you’ll be lucky to get the order correct or a full order of fries. Every time I come it’s the same thing. Your better off spending the hour+ and actually have a sit down meal.

I do not like the new drive thru. I do not see the point in brining me my food four cars back and I'm still stuck in the line. Both lanes should be moving at the same time. Then the worker told me next time it's a third lane. Obviously but if I'm stuck how am I going to use it. You guys need a new method cause this one not working. I like chick fil a but won't be coming back to this one. Wait time is horrible.

I’ve been to this Chick-fil-A multiple times. Every-time is the same, poor and slow service. Definitely doesn’t strike me as a restaurant that stands out. Customer service is poor and doesn’t feel like the Chick-fil-A standard.

Since under new management writing new review. Accommodated an order for my son who has Celiacs (no reaction noticed or observed). They had issues in their system removing the biscuit but accommodated us several weeks ago so decided to leave a good review. Manager was friendly and helpful.
Ordered a spicey chicken deluxe and got a chicken sandwich, asked for a half sweet half unsweet tea and got an unsweet, and when I was ordering, the person got frustrated that they couldn’t hear and switched to another before that person said “my god.” At that point, I gave up and just took the food as it was.

Y’all Literally Had My Mom Waiting On Food For 30 mins For it to not be fresh then charged us for cheese for the sandwiches but didn’t add it then gave small fries for a large then no sauce … do better night shift

Went to the drive thru window they took the other lane 5 times as I was sitting in the second lane didn’t even get helped had to pull all the way to window just to wait and additional 15 min as other people were being helped. Finally talked to someone and he didn’t care just pulled me to the side and I waited again I was at chick fil a a total of and hour and 20 mins.

Waited in line for 40 minutes. Got our food after 40 minutes and couldn’t even leave because we were blocked in with other people waiting just as long as us. I understand rush hour and the food industry but this was just way too long. Would have left if I could physically move my car! Going to cause an accident with this horrible wait and parking lot.
