Absolutely the most disorganized Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. I will go across town to the other location because of how disorganized this particular restaurant is.

I ordered the tenders which are $7 for 4. This is how they looked, overcooked also had a hair on one of them… ontop of that they forgot my brownie I ordered. I ordered on the Chick Fil A app and the food was ready within a minute or two but the quality is not the same compared to the other two locations.

They immediately share that your pickup order is ready, even when they’re still making it, which leads to a lot of confusion on the customer’s side. I’ve brought this to the attention of the manager and she brushed me off about it. I’d go to western instead.

Worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. Already posted one review but for some reason it got taken down. Don’t waste your money. Might as well go to Texas roadhouse. It’s almost the same price just a little bit more. they don’t even deserve one star.

Grabbed lunch on my way back to office from a meeting. It was delicious! Only complaint is that I wish it wasn’t in the mall. Makes it a little inconvenient when in a hurry.

As someone who works in the mall I visit this location weekly. The service is always AMAZING. The managers are sweet and personable and the cashiers are always accurate and happy to help. 10/10. Oh- and they always give my service dog a pup cup!
Place was a zoo, they forgot to put part of our order in the bags, and there was no place to sit because no one was enforcing the customer only seating area! Would not recommend this location.
Unfavorable service and cold food. We visited this location two days before and were able to get an item on the menu customized, without any issues or hesitation. The fries we were given were cold, but the service was great. Today I visited and ordered the same thing. We were met with attitudes questioning the order and a ton of hesitation from the girl taking our order. We got to the window and we're told they would absolutely not customize our order, and when I asked for the general manager, they sent out a team lead to speak on behalf of the manager on duty. The message was relayed that I either take the item as is or get a refund. I decided to take the refund. I was given cold fries again, and no refund was issued. I had to call the corporate offices to have them issue the refund. This was an absolutely terrible experience and was handled very poorly by management.

Placed an order here after walking around the mall for a bit. Took a while probably because the tenders my fiance ordered were made fresh. Table we sat at was dirty, fries on the floor.. I'm just glad that eventually we got our food, it was hot and yummy.
