Honestly if you could go to a different chick fila you should. The service is wayyyy to slow. On the other hand the employees are nice, but I have been to this cfa since its close to my house but everytime either the food is cold, they take super long for a very small order or both. The other day I waited over 15mins for just one bag of ice. The other time I went they took forever and all i ordered was one kids meal. They just take way to long

I ordered no tomatoes on my sandwich which still came with them. Easy I just took them off then my sandwich was super thin not even a real chicken filet on it it was a sorry sandwich but these people here are always working hard and take your order without a long wait service is great but my sandwich was sorry maybe not serve half filets that are too thin thanks you!

I took my daughters and 5 of their friends to the mall today and we went here. 8 of us total, and each kid ordered separately and it took us a while to get the orders figured out. Everyone who was working was so amazing! From their patience for our chaotic group, to helping me carry the food, and making the drinks! Once we finished ordering it took just a couple minutes to have everything we ordered at our table! Thank you guys so much! Absolutely the most disorganized Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. I will go across town to the other location because of how disorganized this particular restaurant is.

I ordered the tenders which are $7 for 4. This is how they looked, overcooked also had a hair on one of them… ontop of that they forgot my brownie I ordered. I ordered on the Chick Fil A app and the food was ready within a minute or two but the quality is not the same compared to the other two locations.

They immediately share that your pickup order is ready, even when they’re still making it, which leads to a lot of confusion on the customer’s side. I’ve brought this to the attention of the manager and she brushed me off about it. I’d go to western instead.
This location is terrible, "grilled" bigger always cold, lettuce in the salad shredded like on a mcchicken. Order been wrong last 2 times.

Worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. Already posted one review but for some reason it got taken down. Don’t waste your money. Might as well go to Texas roadhouse. It’s almost the same price just a little bit more. they don’t even deserve one star.

Grabbed lunch on my way back to office from a meeting. It was delicious! Only complaint is that I wish it wasn’t in the mall. Makes it a little inconvenient when in a hurry.

As someone who works in the mall I visit this location weekly. The service is always AMAZING. The managers are sweet and personable and the cashiers are always accurate and happy to help. 10/10. Oh- and they always give my service dog a pup cup!
