Chicken Salad Chick

Over priced for portion size. Chicken salad on croissant is inconsistent, might get a fresh one might not, might get a good portion of chicken salad or you might just end up tasting bread and lettuce. My croissant was cold and stale. The chicken salad was bland, the broccoli salad was dry and a very small portion. I was going to return but I won’t be going back there.

Food is great. It was a little weird that we ordered for two people and it was put all on one plate. I had to up and ask where mine is and then realized I had to ask for another plate

First time eating at this brand restaurant. Might be my last. I ordered online and got to the restaurant at 12pm. I got my order and left got back to my hotel room and my soup was not with my order. After paying 18.00 with a cake slice too. The food size was not worth the price and with no soup that I thought was in the box and it wasn’t. I decided not to go back. I will not go back to this location and tell my coworker not to come. disappointed this is my first time at any locations.

Great food & service 👌. The portion size was way off, Wilmington location, buffalo chicken salad melt was perfection. Chicken salad falling out of crescent in Wilmington. The crescent was also burn in Jacksonville. I will return just to see if they get better, cause the chicken is awesome.

I was searching for a new restaurant to try since moving back to Jacksonville. I came across chicken salad chick so I decided to give it a try. The service was great. The food however, left something to be desired. I ordered the traditional chicken salad along with some pasta salad. The pasta salad unfortunately was pretty dry and did not have a lot of flavor. The chicken salad was okay, but nothing to get excited about. I also ordered the lemonade, which was not the greatest. I'm not saying that I won't try it again sometime in the future, but as for today, it was not great at all

There homemade chicken Salad is just amazing, so many different flavors. Home pimento cheese yum. so we had the broccoli salad my favorite mom had the pasta salad yum as well. Ofcourse we did dessert Red Velvet and White Chocolate cakes. Strawberry Lemonades. If you have not tried this Chick it's a must.

I missed my turn at the other chicken fast food drive thru and I'm so glad I did. If you do the same get the Fancy Nancy Chicken Salad Melt. The food was so fresh I really think they have little elves in the kitchen making fresh chicken salad and buttery croissants as you order. I will definitely be back.

First visit and I'll be back. Scoop of buffalo chicken salad, crackers, broccoli 🥦 salad, a pickle, a cookie and drink, all for a great price. Was too anxious to eat, so forgive the pic.

I’ve been to another Chicken Salad Chic in Wilmington and it was amazing. Unfortunately this location is lacking. I ordered a combo and the croissant was so dried out it was not enjoyable. The chicken salad itself was a very small portion. It didn’t even cover the croissant by half. I’m allergic to almonds and I do believe I was cross contaminated even tho my chicken salad did not have almonds in the recipe. Spent the night with severe stomach pains. This location is not one I recommend. It’s a shame because the location gets high traffic volume here.
