Order was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes but took over 40 minutes.

We ordered food after drinks, took a bit longer than usual to come out. When it did, the employee bringing out the food brought it to another table, realized it wasn’t theirs, and left with it before I had noticed and could have said anything. Our server did her best to make it work, brought out a salad for my wife while we waited for them to make the food from the beginning. Food arrived and, while I know Chili’s is no Michelin Star restaurant and knew where to place expectations (been to Chili’s plenty before), somehow every single part of both of our meals was of extremely poor quality. Everything tasted like it came right out of either a freezer bag or a half-sealed to-go box, not to mention that they still gave us an incorrect and incomplete set of food on their 2nd attempt. Wife ordered steak medium, received it well done (after re-order), my side I had substituted didn’t arrive until I told the server about it (after re-order), and while I have absolutely no evidence other than knowing my alcohol tolerance and flavors associated with cocktails, I am confident they watered down the two drinks I ordered. First drink, they say it’s not a strong drink to begin with and is overpowered by the mixers. Ok, I can believe that as it was a new drink I hadn’t ordered before. I then ordered an Old Fashioned, a drink I’m very familiar with, and can say it tasted like half tap water and half whiskey. I was never rude to the waitress, as it wasn’t necessarily her fault, but I do feel it’s necessary to write an honest review of our experience at this location, especially after having had plenty of better experiences at other locations and even this location 6-8 months prior to this review. We will not likely be returning to this location

I came to Jacksonville from Havelock for the day & decided to stop here for lunch. Ordered queso and chips and a coke with lemon ... waited about 13 minutes queso comes out but no chips waited another 6 .minutes for them to then bring out the chips ... waited another 10 minutes for my coke eith lemon which never made it to my table. After TWO HOURS my food comes out .. yes two hours when others came and went I sat there waiting on the fajita trio where it was mush and my rice was burnt. Never ever again .. waitress did not seem to care, was not attentive and didn't even express concern.

I have tried to order here several times through dash, they are always 'closed'.. this time the order was placed and paid for, however a few minutes later my order was canceled. No explanation why. Yet door dash is still showing chili's as open and can still be ordered from, chili's website is allowing orders as well. So why did they cancel? Who knows not me!! If yall are not going to allow people to order through Doordarsh than take it down/off of Doordash, Its highly frustrating to order and when you go to check the eta it says canceled. Then I have to either accept doordash credits or wait a few days to receive my refund. No other restaurants in town have this issue, yall need to get it together!!!!
The food and service is good… but no one has on hair nets. The servers love to play in their hair knowingly and unknowingly. None of the cooks have hair nets on.

Busy Friday night, so the hour wait wasn’t bad. Our server was great, she did what she could. BUT the fact that we ordered our food pretty soon after sitting, and two tables sat about 7-10 minutes after us … ordered, received their food, then cashed out before our food ever came out. server said we were waiting for a steak … that was supposed to be med-rare and it came down welllll done an hour after ordering. I ordered a burger, that was not done to say the least. and thank god for not having food allergies bc there were mushrooms all over my burger that was only supposed to have pickles, onions and lettuce with sauce. as experienced servers/cook + bartender that work for the company elsewhere.. this was very disappointing. shout out to Jessica the server.

Our servers name was CJ and they really took care of us. There was hair in some of our chips & when we notified them, they immediately took care of it. They covered our whole bill (which would’ve been upwards of $70) and offered us free dessert. All of the food otherwise was completely fine & tasted great. Thank you to CJ for going above & beyond for us and being so kind hearted and understanding the whole time!

Every single time we've ordered to go here it's been wrong. Finally got tired of it and called and to complain the last time and as compensation they gave us a $10 gift card which didn't even cover the cost of the items we ordered that were wrong lol. Service has never been amazing but that's to be said for almost all of Jacksonville. If you want the Chilis experience that you see on social media, this is not the one to go to.
