Chili’s in Jacksonville, North Carolina came through for us when we needed an easy, reliable takeout dinner. We placed a to go order with three steaks plus salads, and overall it was a solid experience from start to finish. Ordering was straightforward, and the staff handled everything efficiently, which is exactly what you want when you’re grabbing food to take home.

When we picked it up, the order was packed well and clearly labeled, so nothing was tossed around in the bags. The steaks were still warm when we got home, and they were cooked close to what we requested. They had that familiar Chili’s flavor seasoned, hearty, and satisfying especially for a takeout steak dinner. The portion sizes were good, and it felt like we got a full meal without having to dine in or wait around forever.

The salads were fresh and crisp, and they were a nice balance to the steaks. Everything tasted clean and put together properly, and we didn’t feel like the to go order was treated as an afterthought. Overall, if you’re in the Jacksonville area and want a convenient dinner option, Chili’s is a dependable choice for takeout especially if you’re ordering a bigger meal for multiple people.

Everything about this dining experience was so delightful. From waitress to, the cook whom prepared my food. Perfect potato soup, burger 🍔 cooked to perfection, fries done excellent. I added the molten lava cake, oh my goodness so tasty. I would of never thought I would travel over 50 miles one way to get the best Chili's had to offer. Coming from SC. where I ate Chili's at least once a week, sometimes twice. Thank you Jacksonville Chili's.

Brought me the wrong drink. Food was over cooked and chewy. Had to keep asking for the things we ordered. And the waitress acted like we where bothering her.

My family of eight went to Chili’s for dinner after a busy Thanksgiving holiday. We all enjoyed appetizers, food, and drinks. However, two people at the table got cajun pasta—and unfortunately, the noodles were undercooked to the point where they were hard to chew. However, we were so grateful that we received amazing customer service from our server, Destiny, and the manager, Virginia.

Destiny was gracious, kind, and attentive from start to finish. She alerted Virginia about the pasta immediately, who was extremely accommodating in rectifying the issue. Virginia offered two new, fresh meals as compensation. When we refused, she insisted that she provide two desserts on the house. If that wasn’t enough, Virginia also removed both pastas from our bill, took a percentage off of each drink on our bill, and personally went to the kitchen to recook the pasta for us to take on the go.

The service and experience at this Chili’s was phenomenal. We will definitely be back off the strength of the service alone!

So I usually come here a lot one of my favorite restaurants. First off waited 45 mins to be seated and the waitress that carry’s her tablet like a purse is rude as hell . Order was wrong waited for my order to come the right way . I told her don’t worry about .it mean while the manager never checked up on us she was just in corner talking to people the whole time don’t come here if u want rude service.

First time coming to Chili’s, and it was wonderful!
The servers were very helpful and attentive to our table. The food was delicious. I ordered a Triple Dipper, and the fried mozzarella sticks were the best I’ve ever had a insane cheese pull! The chips and queso were delicious with a nice little kick from the jalapeños. The French fries were perfectly seasoned, and the sliders were delicious, complete with crispy bacon and a smoky flavor.

My mom had a bacon burger, and it was huge perfectly toasted buns, crispy bacon, a big juicy patty, and ooey-gooey cheese. My dad ordered a Big Smasher and loved it it was massive too!

As for the restaurant itself, it had a lovely atmosphere for a family restaurant. It was a little loud, but overall very clean and welcoming. The food is a bit pricey, but I spent a little over $50 for three people and still had plenty of leftovers to take home.

Overall, we had a great experience! Highly recommend bringing family here to eat!

First time eating at this restaurant. Really wanted to try the Nashville hot cheese sticks but thy didn't have any. Thy said thy had no cheese sticks at all so I ordered the 16 bone in wings Nashville hot. These wings tasted like tht had no sauce on them. No heat .no flavor and fried WAAAY to hard. I ate three off the wings but couldn't stand it after tht. Not sure if I'll try them again🤢🤢
