I believe her name was kia, And if every other person in that store was respectful and responsible like she was I would have given a better review thanks for your time and thank you for being respectful kia.Hope you can teach them other people responsibility and respect kia.

Other then the drunks yelling near me the my waiter was fantastic. She saw the screw up and made our experience even better. My wife even said she felt like it was her mother. Vary nice vary care to her table and drop eveything to help us out of the blue. She was even cleaning the floors with her spare time. Showing how much she was willing to show her care. Her name was Marian. If i come back and she not up for manger then i dont want to come back lol. But i would love for her to get notice for her hard work and job status. She even added ahe was about to be out of her 30ies and it surprised me on how fast and motivated she was with her job. Would come back earlier then late at night.
It's one of the BEST EXPERIENCES at a chili's we've had in a long time. The service was top-notch, very helpful with all of our questions. Our drinks stayed full. The food was HOT and VERY TASTY. The presentation of the food was GREAT.I definitely enjoyed it and would recommend it to anyone. We will also definitely visit the next time we are in the area. This location ( Jacksonville NC) is 10 times better than the Greenville NC location.
Destiny was amazing and so attentive. Mike in the kitchen made the most amazing food! The food was hot and delicious and the restaurant was clean and tidy. All the staff was kind and friendly. Definitely recommend!

It was okay.I ordered the 3-For-Me Potato Soup and Chicken Sandwich.Sandwich was... Okay, A bit on the drier, less seasoned, and slightly chewy side, and the potato soup was amazing like always. The atmosphere was once again okay and the service was good to be expected.

We’ve gone to their restaurant several times and ate there, but this time we ordered through DoorDash. The cheese fries we ordered showed up with burnt cheese. They would’ve never given us that if we were in restaurant. It sucks they care so little about delivery orders that they would give us something that was basically inedible.
