Chipotle Mexican Grill

To start off, the staff was absolutely rude. I was told to “speak up” with a major attitude because an employee had their AirPods in imagine telling a paying customer.

The employee further down the line was just as bad: rushed, unfriendly, and literally slung my food around. Since when is a burrito supposed to be rolled into a ball?

To top it all off, I sat down to eat and my food was completely cold and I mean COLD. This was hands down one of the worst Chipotle experiences I’ve ever had.

Whoever the general manager is at this location seriously needs to reevaluate their staff and hire people who actually want to work and treat customers with respect

I saw an employee while EATING using the pans they use to serve food to push trash down because it was too full instead of taking the trash out. Disgusting 🤢!! Beware of this place!!

Food was cold, tables and floor were dirty there were no napkins. The trash was overflowing on the floor. Serving size of meat was very minimal and when you ask for more they charge you.

Worst Chipotle I've ever been to. Food was improperly cooked, the staff (except 1) were useless, extremely dirty tables, trash over flowing, multiple fountain drinks were empty.

Sad excuse for a Chipotle, me management needed.

The workers were extremely rude. Sighed when I asked for side of queso then threw it In the bag and slid the bag across the counter to me. It was 10:20pm and as I was paying, 3 people walked in to which another worker said “I’m not doing this tonight” loudly for everyone to hear.

I thought I ordered the fajitas & they brought me fajitas burritos. I didn't complain because it was good either way... the waiter brought me what I had ordered...

Typical chipotle experience. Seemed a little stingy on rice and protein. One of the smaller bowls Ive had. Probably could've just asked for more though tbh.

WORST chipotle location. The workers are extremely rude and constantly messing up orders. They overcharged multiple times and I still ended up paying for what was missing. So sad that it is this terrible, do better!

Coming from Sofla, this location has got to be the best. Staff was friendly, not only to us but to each other. Food was made to perfection.
