Never order online. Orders always come out half completed and look awful. Just gotten a bowl tonight that had lettuce and tomatoes on an order that didn't have them and the bowl was only half full. It's always a 50/50 on if you get a good meal when ordering online which is completely unacceptable and it's been like this for a long time. Very disappointed in the customer service given here. Not by the employees but by the store manager. She was very hostile and rude. Not during one interaction but multiple. I have had simple issues that could of been handled by just fixing the item or being kind. I worked in customer service fast food for 12 years and I would of never spoken to someone the way she did. It was like she wanted to go outside and fight you. Very hostile. Also the company needs to retrain the employees at this store how to fry their chips. I've never gotten a good bag of chips. They fry fresh daily but over load the basket which causes chips to stale and hold grease. I'm not a rude or mean person when trying to explain my issue manager was like " well let me see your phone where you called" and "I'll call my managers right now to ask if you had messed up chips." I did originally call and complain to the wrong store. Which i discovered and told her, but she still refused to fix my order.

One of my worst Chipotle experiences. The store was so nasty you couldn’t sit anywhere. The floor was covered in food. Trash cans overflowing. The sad part was that they wasn’t even busy and had plenty of people working to clean the dining area. They also had 7 trays of chips out which is fine, but they are supposed to be wrapped not just sitting out open. I got chicken in my bowl and they charged me for steak which is about $2 more.

Trash was over flowing and there was food left on tables. Ordered online came at 7:53 order was supposed to be ready by 7:50 still ended up waiting almost 10 minutes past when it was supposed to be ready. Not a big deal, but I ordered online so I wouldn’t have to wait. There was a long line and they’re clearly understaffed. About 10 people in line and no one checked out while I was waiting. I can only imagine how long they had to wait. I’ve been here before and the service was better. Kinda disappointing.

Since I'm only offered 200 characters on Chipoletfeedback, Guess I'll leave my review here. I don't go here often, usually when I do the service is great and everyone has patience. NOT TODAY....The lady who assisted me was RUDE. When I was asking her about my options (as far as salsas/flavors) she RUSHED me!! This led to her putting the salsa on the bowl I was getting for someone else. When I informed her, I wanted it on the side, she proceeds to have an attitude with me I then had to explain to her that it wasn't for me and had she NOT RUSHED, she would have given me the chance to tell her I needed it on the side; not in the bowl. Then with that order I was also getting a kid's meal, they give me the fruit for the meal (usually a cutie orange) doesn't even fit the plastic cup they are usually served in. When I asked about the fruit, I was told "They all come like that" .. That's a lie! usually, it's normally difficult getting them out of the plastic cup. I ended up going through the drive thru before leaving the property and having to show another lady the "Orange" I was getting.... she did hand me a small bag of chips instead for the inconvenience. Overall, WORST EXPERIENCE AT THIS LOCATION

Kind of a comical experience… Walked in for a bowl while passing through town. There was 2 customers in front of me and me, that was all…. 1 guy working the line/register, 1 guy on grill, another doing random tasks like trash and kinda just wondering, 3 people working to go orders (slowly, in no rush, clearly not many orders) and a manager checking the temps of all the food.
Stood there for 8 minutes while the one guy on the line was still helping the two customers in front of me. The manager slowly walking around made eye contact with me twice and couldn’t put down her iPad or ask one of the other non busy people to prioritize the customer for 30 seconds to make a bowl. Anyways, stood there until one of the Togo ladies finally came up to take my order. She was friendly and efficient… until the guy rung up my order… I eat chipotle 3-5 times a week, every single week, and I always get the same thing. Except this time my order was $21. I asked how that could be and they insisted on nothing being wrong. The lady who made my bowl through in the comment I thought was unnecessary and prompted this review, (excusing the long wait when there was no customers and no urgency in the staff)
She said: “Different chipotles operate in different zip codes with higher median incomes, maybe where you go is lower and that’s why it’s cheaper there.”
Are you kidding me??? The assumptive and insulting comment just wasn’t needed, but I’m sorry, South Charlotte, NC area “zip codes” are not “lower income.” Let alone, comparing where I come from to Jacksonville, NC lol. Bold move 😂
But get this, they actually charged me for an extra side item. I was correct after the manager reviewed the order. Maybe look a little harder next time before making such a crazy comment.
Would recommend not going if you’re in a rush and see an empty lot. Maybe pick another location.

I went here with my husband on a Thursday afternoon for lunch. I didn’t have high hopes since the reviews are far from stellar, but much to our surprise the restaurant was clean, the employees were very friendly and polite, and our food was delicious! The portion sizes were well worth the money, and fresh. It was quite busy, but had little to no wait. Hopefully this experience becomes their normal!
