I paid $37 for a very small burrito and a burrito bowl. I did not even get guacamole! we both got the Carne Asada for our meat, which I understand would be a little bit more, but the size of this burrito is so small. I ordered online and it was ready when I got there which was great. But had I walked in this location and ordered when I got there I would have walked right back out the area where they prepared. The food was so disgustingly gross and not clean. Would definitely not go back to this location just based on size and the price.

Food was good. Unfortunately our chicken was cold. Not sure If it was suppose to be. Everything tasted great. Just cold food. Hopefully they fix this. Might give it another try.

My team and I visit this Chipotle location several times a week, but recently the overall quality has noticeably declined—both in food and customer service.
During my visit today, the service was poor, particularly at the register. There was no eye contact, no basic courtesy, and I felt rushed through the line. I understand this is not a fine-dining restaurant, but I have been coming here often enough to clearly notice a change in employee attitude and attentiveness.
Unfortunately, the food quality was also disappointing. My chicken bowl was not enjoyable at all. Most of the chicken was fatty and extremely stringy, to the point where it was inedible and I had to throw most of it away. Additionally, I received very little rice and beans compared to what is normally served.
As a frequent customer, this was by far the worst experience I’ve had at this location. I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes that these issues can be addressed. I would appreciate a replacement meal or credit if possible.

Ordered online and received in a timely manner except I ordered chicken and got steak
This place looks standard, I guess, at least it looked clean. My food came as barely lukewarm. The ingredients were tasty(I had to reheat everything though). The steak quesedilla can only be ordered online unless you want the TINY childrens menu quesidilla.... that makes no sense to me. The staff, though very polite, were aloof and not very efficient. They forgot to give me items that I had PAID for. The parking is terrible, very small parking area and hard to maneuver around. Honestly, just go to the Little Ceasars or IHOP next to it. Skip this place unless you live for disappointment.

What is going on with their Chipotlane?
I waited at the drive-thru window for FIFTEEN minutes—yes, I actually timed it—while my completed order was in view and three employees were RIGHT there making food. A couple even looked right at me before turning away. Five minutes go by, and I decide to see just how long it would take for anyone to acknowledge me. But at fifteen minutes, I had to finally get out and knock on the window with the line of cars was growing.
Did they just FORGET they were working the drive-thru??????
I figured maybe it was a fluke, so I went back tonight—and once again, after minutes of waiting with no one at the window, I got out and knocked as I could see employees on the other side. They couldn't hear me..... so I went inside to pick up my *drive-thru* order myself. They were all in front chatting away, and despite me standing at the counter for a moment, I had to speak up to finally get my order.
LMAO why would I want to experience this again? Serious question for anyone who got this far - why are Chipotle employees some of the worst workers on the planet?

Came here last night to get food, everything was fine until I literally watched the line cook leave out the door, touch his keys, walk outside and do god knows what, came back in and touched two different door handles. Then proceeded to touch and cut steak without changing his gloves. Just not very sanitary. Don’t know if I’ll be back for a while honestly.

So sorry to have to say this but I've lost the desire to eat here because it's so sloppy and messy... to say nothing of the slow service. Judging from the other comments it appears no one is listening to the complaints either!
