WORST food I’ve EVER ordered! DO NOT waste your money on this place. I got the sesame chicken dinner plate and couldn’t even bite into the chicken because it was so hard. I don’t ever leave reviews and they wouldn’t give me my money back. Terrible place. They definitely should be shut down. I can tell that had this food sitting out for days.

I normally order from here and its usually decent, however I ordered today and the food was incorrect and also tasted burnt or just bad overall. When called about the problem I was only offered a 10% discount. They can keep it and lose the service I guess.

I give up. I don't know how many times I have had to order from this place and their food is so unreliable. Dry at best. Last time ordering even though I have spoken to many "supervisors" there. What chinese fast food restaurant doesn't put any type of sauces in the to go bag when you order delivery. They have to seal the bag so dont blame that on the delivery driver. You can put everything else like the dry noodles, but this establishment has legit never heard of duck sauce ( i called them about this once and they had no idea what i was talking about). The rice is cold, super dry, no flavor, and just sticks together. The low mein absolutely tasteless or just tastes like salt, any of the chicken dishes always cold and overwatered ( not crispy) yet none of the sauce ever makes it in the combos to seep into the overly dry rice. Never again......

Just moved back to the area, so unpacking a house and to tired to cook. Saw this place on Piney Green the other day. Looked them up and saw their ratings ? I read through them and while their ratings were bad there was not a lot of reviews and a few were excellent. So we tried it despite the ratings. We were pleasantly surprised. I called and placed the order for pickup at 18:07. We ordered a pork egg roll, a shrimp egg roll, fried wontons, crab rangoon, steamed dumplings, sesame chicken (came with white rice), sweet and sour pork (came with white rice), pork fried rice, and chicken lo mein. We were hungry and wanted to try a bit of everything LOL. They said it would be about 20 minutes, and it was ready right on the dot! We tried everything but the fried rice, that is tomorrow's lunch ? We liked everything we ate! Was good and hot!! Definitely will get it again! The egg rolls were not our favorites, but that is about our taste (as my husband says, he doesn't like grassy egg rolls lol) - not the cooking. I will update again on our second go around. But we took a chance and were very happy we did!!

I just got my food AT 4:45 PM FROM THIS PLACE that was A $15 combination plate of sesame chicken and white rice chicken n rice tasted like wet dog. chicken taste old and it's like super tender smells disgusting would absolutely love to have my $15 back because of the delivery fee that made it $15 because the meal is originally 12$ I am pissed. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN FR.

I have been ordering from this place for a bit over a year, their food was okay… the main reason I always order from them it’s because it’s very close to my home so it’s convenient…. The food never takes longer then 35 minutes to get here… but after today I promise you I’ll never order from this place again!My order was almost $70.00 totalThey toke over an hour to get hereThe food, oh gosh the food was not edible it was terribleThe egg drop soup taste it like ashtrayThey beef w broccoli had no flavor. It was like they just throw that in the pot with water in a little bit of salt and nothing else not your typical beef with broccoli. It was disgusting folks! When I called to ask for them to remake it they said was going to be a long time before they could send the driver this way. I had to go get the food myself and they didn’t even offer any kind of reimbursements or discounts. I am so shocked after ordering from the same place for so long the way I was treated it was unacceptable.Not to mention the way the food was packed. It was just a disaster it was sticky stuff everywhere! never again. I’ll take my money somewhere else.

The food was horrible. I asked for beef and broccoli, received no broccoli and then substituted it with uncooked green bell pepper thinking I wouldn’t notice. The rice was awful. Had to drown both in soy sauce to just through it. The only decent thing was the egg roll. The guy at the cashier was nice but very strange as well.
Would rate 0 if I could! Absolutely atrocious. Also upon further inspection the food was covered in hair! Over a hour for a 30 minute delivery to. ?

I've heard stories about this place but didn't believe it. Worst Chinese resteraunt I've ever eaten. The chicken and broccoli was so horrible. It wasn't fresh. the chicken was under cooked. The rice tasted spoil, and old. I wouldn't recommend no one to go their.

By far the worst Chinese I’ve ever had in my entire life! I stopped here because it was on my way home but I will be sure to never make that mistake again. I should’ve ran out of there when I seen a sanitation score of 88. Then I called to let them know about my order and how I wasn’t satisfied she said she could give me 20% off my next order but I don’t ever plan to go back! She told me to bring all the food back and she will give me my money back and that’s surely what im otw to do! Never again!
