I ordered a pizza on the website and ordered a Giant size with half cheese and half pepperoni and bacon. When my food came they sent me a medium pizza, half with NO CHEESE what so ever and couldn't even feed my whole family. I called them and got transferred to their so call manager named Shawn and he basically told me there was nothing they can do for me unless I have a car. I than asked him for corporate number and he put me on hold and never came back to give me the number. He was very horrible and unprofessional and I will make sure that I never ever eat from there nor order from them ever again. He should be fired and or demoted seeing as he is very unprofessional and has no care in the world for the company's reputation.

Came to enjoy the buffet before they closed and we arrived at 9:32 and they were no longer serving the buffet which ended at 9:30. (They close at 10) We decided to just order a pizza and asked the difference between a large or giant size and she didn't know. We are here at 9:55 and got our pizza and the buffet pizzas are still out. When we asked if we could do the buffet even though we were 2 minutes late she said no, they were just waiting for the other customer to leave and pointed to another guy eating by himself. We are the only other people here so I think that was kind of lame but I didn't know they stopped the buffet 30 minutes before closing.

I dinned in with my family great pricing very clean i came on veterans day but they still pushed through making pizza after pizza. And I was wearing my tail at the time, and keep in mind I've never felt at ease at a restaurant before, until this. the front desk lady (I didn't get her name sadly) she genuinely made my experience memorable. thank you to the anonymous person, 10/10 most definitely would recommend, I will come back here

Absolutely amazing customer service. I dined in with my fiancé around 8pm and we both enjoyed the food. I usually don’t go to restaurants at later hours because that’s usually when they stop trying but this manger was on top of everything. She made sure that the pizza and other food kept coming out fresh. The other staff kept the tables wiped and floor swept as well. Overall we left very satisfied and full. Would highly recommend

Came here on a Sunday at lunch time. First things first I know what your thinking. You basically asked for this which I already have in mind that obviously the place is going to be busy but come on. You have groups of people being seated while there isn't any pizza ready for people to get yet and Everytime they get a pizza out. It immediately gets taken by everyone standing and waiting. I absolutely love this place I do but today was unfortunately a unenjoyable dining experience something I thought I would never say for a cicis pizza. I just don't think it was worth the amount of money we paid today for the experience we unfortunately got. Now this was just today the people were extremely nice as always and the food was very yummy but unfortunately today was just not the day for the Cicis pizza. I suggest going here everyday but Sunday. I again want to thank the staff for being so absolutely amazing!! And that's about all I gotta say about that.

The lady at the front desk with the purple color hair was so friendly and helpful I didn’t think to check the name but It was our first time going to cicis. She explained the whole process and went out of her way to help others as well. It was great.

My wife and I went there on July 9th, 2025 for a date night. Also the only person really friendly was the girl upfront running the cash register. All the food was old and we requested a taco pizza and it wasn't made correct at all. It even looked old when it came out.
