I first discovered Cinnabon in the late 90s in Winston-Salem. I moved to Onslow County in 2000, and I haven't had Cinnabon since. When one opened in the Jacksonville Mall recently, I just had to try it! I could remember what it tasted like all those years ago. Well, all I can say is what a disappointment!!! Cinnabon is definitely not using the same quality ingredients they once used. Unfortunately, this was a one and done. Raise the price if need be, but please go back to your original sources for ingredients to make your cinnamon rolls!

I am so excited that this place is back in Jacksonville! Cinnabon had no business leaving Jacksonville in the first place! The cinnamon rolls are so delicious and the staff is very friendly. I am definitely happy to be a long time customer again🥰

First time ever in the Jacksonville mall and found this place. My husband and I love Cinnabon . It was good service for me. The gentleman who was there was very friendly and service was good. 😊 hopefully we’ll be back for another visit

I had a great experience! Cashier was friendly and the cinnamon roll was delicious! Didn’t have to wait that long because there wasn’t a long line this time.

Im super excited that both Cinnabon and auntie Anne's pretzels have finally came to jacksonville now i can finally enjoy some delicious cinnamon rolls and some amazing pretzels the service here was great and I will most definitely be returning here again and I got the cinnamon roll with Carmel and pecans and it was delicious and let's just say it didn't last long once I got home.

After waiting months with everyone else in town for cinnabon to open it was an EXTREMELY disappointing experience to say the least. After placing a mobile order on my 15 minutes break and waiting 25 minutes for it to be prepared, I arrived to pick up my order and was told they didn't have any orders. She walked around to several coworkers and asked about my order and all of them responded that they don't know and they don't have it. I show them my order confirmation and ask if my order could be fulfilled and told no. I ask for a refund and was told she doesn't know how. There were 5 people working inside of the kiosk and no one knew how to help and all just stared at me,before going on to help the next person, so I had to ask a second staff member to call the manager. After the manager finally arrived from the pretzel store and asked what the problem was I explain I'm just trying to get my order fulfilled, she cuts me off and exclaims that their online ordering is supposed to be off and they don't have my order. I show her my order confirmation and She looks down to the receipt printer and PULLS OUT MY MOBILE ORDER RECEIPT, slams it down at me and told me that I needed to wait for my food with attitude before angrily walking away, and the entire time the staff prepared my order they gave me nothing but dirty looks as they served the people behind me the exact things I ordered before I finally received my order and when I did it was still wrong. As someone who has worked in this mall for 6 years I understand the stress of opening a new store front but the way the employees are treating mall staff/customers is absolutely horrendous and is a terrible look for your company.

Horrible customer service I was yelled at twice, disappointing that everybody in Jacksonville has been waiting for this for them to treat customers the way they did its mind blowing. To sit there and tell customers who have paid not to come check on their orders, don’t come back every five minutes I get issues may occur, but my first time even going to check if I could place an online order I was yelled at WERE NOT OPEN and told that he didn’t know but I need to check it out myself to see if I could. second time after I downloaded the app and placed an order I was yelled at and third time I was told they weren’t gonna open due to an issue and no refund because they don’t know how to do that and but to check back-and-four to five hours. NOT EVERY 5 minutes. The way I was treated I refuse to even spend another dollar with this company again. Hopefully the customer service changes.
