I work night shifts and sometimes it’s very rough, but the moment I stared to order my meal the cashier was very polite and friendly. Shoutout to that cashier “ Gabrielle” I went around 2:30am and her politeness and personality was amazing. She provided amazing customer service!

The food is delicious.I got the cajun chicken and you could actually tell from what part of the chicken this was made of it wasn't processed.There wasn't ground.It was a real piece of chicken and it was juicy and it had flavor

My burger had way too much mayo but other than that it was great.
If you are looking for a good hotdog with all the fixings, Cook Out is the place to go. My friend told me to try one and it was one of the best tasting hotdogs I have ever had. Make sure you order onion rings to go with it. They are good too.

Me and my baby’s Father come here pretty often, almost daily. We usually get the same thing every time we come, it seems as though certain employees who work the late night shift just don’t take much pride in making the food. They either mess up what kind of milkshake we ordered or it’s just not as good as others who make it. And let me just say, when in the world is this place gunna get new intercom/speaker system. They can literally never hear what you are ordering, which maybe could be why they get our milkshake wrong🤔🤣

have tried this place at least three times. the location on western is so much better. unfortunately; when the rare occasion occurs where i crave cookout, this location is closest to me. my order has been messed up multiple times. the Diet Coke is so flat. never again.

We’ve been to Cook Out before and always had good experiences, but yesterday (7/31/25) was honestly really disappointing. My girlfriend got the 2 hot dog tray with no slaw, but they still added it. It was whatever though, it was raining pretty hard so we figured they didn’t hear right. She also got double chili cheese fries, and not long after we got home, she started feeling sick and ended up throwing up, and the only thing that came up was the chili cheese fries. I had them too, along with onion rings and a Jr. burger, and I ended up throwing up as well. Same thing , only the chili cheese fries came back up. We couldn’t even finish our food. It was just a bad experience overall. We’re both still not feeling great today, and I don’t usually leave reviews like this, but I had to say something. Everything else was fine until we ate those chili cheese fries. Really hope this was just a one time thing. Because this was definitely not the first time we have ate the chili cheese fries.
