For a fast food place food was great, a little messy. The employees were kind of in their own worlds seemed like they didn't care to be there (looked like younger individuals) atmosphere was decent. I get that it's a religious company but don't put religious music on. There's other types of genres that are still good enough to use. Overall good experience.

Fix the drive through speaker. Every time I go there I have to repeat my order 3 times. I orders a tray with cheese bites and they couldn’t hear if I was saying cheese bites or cheese fries. I said cheese bites 4 times!!!! Just to be given cheese fries and I didn’t even notice till I got home. GET A GRIP!!!!

Ordered the tray that comes with a burger and two sides. Got fries and cheese stick balls. Dude , I couldn’t find the side of cheese sticks in my container. Moved a few fries over and there were literally two very, very small cheese balls. I laughed hysterically. I didn’t want to complain because when my husband got his order his side sizes were the exact same thing. Last time we were here was 5 years ago and it was amazing. Never again, stay clear and just make your burgers and fries at home. Also, when we ordered the total was about 18 dollars and we thought we were going to bring leftovers home. Ha! What a scam!

As always, I love Cookout, I love food. However, my opinion has been a little tarnished. I placed my order, then when I got the window I about the pricing of the meal and then how much for the shake. The manager could mnot answer my questions. The best way to sell your products is to know, or at least the inf[ could be located.

not bad, its a cookout. never have high expectations, it's mainly for quick lunches or late night snacks
if i could give it zero stars, i would 100%. i can say we did get thru the drive thru line quick. though, once we got to the drive thru window we sat there for 5 minutes before the man even cared to acknowledge that i was sitting there. once he told us the total for the 3 milk shakes we got i handed him my phone to pay (tap) when the man grabbed my phone his finger nails were so sharp he cut my finger and drew blood. i was heated. i asked to talk to the manager (when i finally got the 3 milk shakes that we ordered and they were not busy at all). once i talked to him his response was “what do you want me to do? i’ll tell him to cut them”. granite it was late, 12:07 am….i was a paying customer. i don’t care what time they close, you may be ready to go home but that’s no response to give someone especially after something like that. that’s very unsanitary and immature as a manager to talk to a customer like that. So yes, I am mad and an apology would have been appreciated.
