Dairy Queen (Treat)

I come to this dairy queen atleast every other night if not every night since I been craving strawberry milkshakes (and I only like dairy queen shakes) I have never had a problem always been treated nice and have had someone always take my order right then. Tonight I walk up to the window waited 10 mins.. no one is in there that I could see but the open sign was on.. I knocked on the window no answer. I called the store then a young man came out the back answer the phone and said yes they are open. I then get out of the car go to the window and the man has already went back to the back of the store again. I called back to the store and asked the young man if he was going to take my order? Man said yes and finally waited longer than a min for me to get to the window. I don't want to say that he was rude and I definitely don't want to get him into trouble but if he would take out his ear buds he could have heard my order the first time rather then me repeating myself. Also watch the window for customers. I love this location cause normally they already know what I want and they are always super fast. Justin if u see this review just know I am only writing this to try and help u.. definitley need better customer service skills. To the guy that is always in there working with the long hair you are an awesome employee you definitley deserve a raise!!

I'm big on customer service. Every time I come here the customer service is amazing and the ice cream is delicious! I have 5 kids and the staff never seems to mind the huge order.

Outdoor area cute but right on a highway service seemed good icecream is ice cream but for some reason it costs 7 dollars for a blizzard 2 LG blizzard 20 bucks with tip....can create a ice cream bar for less

I love coming to this DQ. The staff are friendly and the make the best blizzards!!! Although this DQ is farther away from our house we prefer coming here. The blizzards are bigger and are mixed better.
