Domino's Pizza

Customer service manager yells and screams because they mess up our order.
Driver takes our order not another. We refund our order after being told we will remake it. Not that the delivery driver is back. Manager proceeds to tell us that it it her business because she is the manager

Came in here for an emergency. Because I needed to use the restroom. Because mother nature decided to kick in. And both the guys were rude. Stating that they're for customers only and I looked at them stating i have an emergency situation. And they just looked at me and didn't say anything else. Rude attitude

I just ordered a delivery one hour ago and still not received I called like 20 min ago to find out and the lady told me is on the way i guess I will not get my order after all 😡😡😡😡

They left my pizza on the ground in front of my job at close to 1130 pm, it specifically said to place the pizza in my hand or ring the doorbell!!! He could’ve at-least waited for his tip!

The people in the store are amazing. What they serve, not cool..I'm sure servings and quantities are delegated above them. My pizza had 2 inches of crust. The part that was wet and was barely wet with sauce. The toppings werr just barely enough to call it topped. The dude at the counter was too busy on this phone to even acknowledge me, but a girl came out of the back and scored me away

We just love dominos’s this is a wonderful location. Lida is a warm and welcoming employee,she always makes my pizza just right,and Andrew was also welcoming.

And I’m gonna say this the service was horrible. It was horrible. I got a wing and A pizza delivered they gave me straight drumsticks that’s OK then they gave me three little Balls that they called a piece of chicken and then had the nerve to hang up in my face when I try to tell them, so didn’t wanna give me the phone to the manager. I stayed on hold to talk to the manager and then they did all of that to me just to give me a full refund.

I got delivery from dominos in Jacksonville NC on Western Blvd and the order was wonderful everything was hot and exactly the way we like it. The delivery girl was very nice and friendly. I will definitely be back 😀

We always have a great experience here. Or order is done correctly and fast. If there is ever a mistake they fix it on the spot for free. Great employees.

Absolutely disappointed in the customer service, my order was cancelled because they said they didn’t deliver to my area which is understandable. But I let the know I’d come pick it up and they say it’s already been cancelled and I’ll receive a refund in 3 business days. Now my card is charged, I lose points and have to wait 3 days when I could have just picked it up. YOU ALREADY MADE IT!! It makes no sense. Not to mention I received updates via text stating a driver was in the neighborhood and should arrive shortly.
