I’m a frequent customer. Ordered a big order on a slow Monday, I only live 5 minutes away so I was confused when it took an hour and it usually only takes 20 minutes, but nothing was delivered despite the app saying it was. I called once asking to be put in contact with the driver because it was weird it wasn’t delivered by now, and the driver didn’t call or anything if he was lost. The employee said that the app says it’s “delivered” sometimes even when it’s still on the way, which I’ve never experienced since I live off base. I waited, then called again, and older woman employee said it must have been delivered to the wrong address, and said they would remake it. I asked politely if this time the driver could call me so I could help them find the address because I wanted to make sure it would arrive since I gave them my money already, and it was almost 11pm at this point. She was like “yep” then hung up. Basically if I didn’t get gaslit once and then call a second time I would’ve lost my money, and I also got a rude response. I work service as well and was shocked by their response/no apology/not offering a resolution politely. I drove there in person to just pick it up and save the trouble and there was a younger woman who was very sweet and nice so I was appreciative for her.

Their thin crust pizza tastes and looks like it’s a big cracker. What is with cutting the pizza into little squares? Pizza is round, cut into triangles and comes in a square box. Pizzas did come hot and right on time delivery driver was polite.

Accidentally delivered to my home animal got in it. I asked if someone could pick it up because myself and son are highly allergic to gluten and causes me seizures (recently found this out) manager sent a driver out. Thank you for doing the right thing and thanks for the driver doing that for myself and son. He’s very appreciative :)

Food was fresh and hot. Pizza was loaded with toppings. We ordered curbside and it was done in 13mins. A guy came out and said the pizza stick to oven so they made a new one but it was pretty fast. Great quick service. 🍕

My favorite Dominos! Ally came tonight and delivered our pizza on Halloween and she was dressed as Lightening McQueen! It’s great to see employees still having a good time and a great attitude. I’ve never had any issues with this Dominos location. Employees are friendly and acknowledge you when you come into the store and when they deliver, they’re pretty fast! Pizzas are delicious and hot! Thanks Dominos!

This Domino's has really gone downhill. Tonight is the 2nd time in 3 weeks that we've ordered delivery and waited over 2 hours. Last time I drove to the store myself because they wouldn't answer their phone. Apparently if they get "too busy", they turn their phones off. Same thing is happening tonight. This is no way to run a company. You should not leave customers with no way to contact someone about their order!
Ordered my pizza 2 hours ago and the status has not changed at all. The estimate delivery time was 31-33 minutes

A mistake was made with my order. Extra sauce resulted in no sauce at all. HOWEVER, they corrected this issue immediately and were very understanding and passionate to correct. I really appreciate the customer service of this pizza joint!
