We ordered for delivery and a part of our order was missing when it was brought to us, I called the store and they apologized. The manager agreed to make my whole order over, instead of just replacing what was missing. Thank you for great customer service. ♥️?

Avoid the store if you can. The manager Saige is argumentative and rude and surely doesn’t have the communication skills to be in charge of anything, much less an entire store. He likes to cancel orders independently and then tells you “I don’t know what to tell you” when you call to try to figure out why.

The website sent my order to the store which has delivered to me many times and all of a sudden they do not deliver here even though my card has already been charged. When I asked, how am I supposed to order pizza the manager says “ I don’t know what to tell you, but we will not deliver to you. I don’t know how you would order pizza.” he was extremely hesitant and telling me his name and almost refused to tell me the owners name but obliged to tell me both after many many requests and being placed on hold.

This Branch should seriously consider getting a new manager because this person was far from helpful, and in fact the very opposite. I placed a complaint with corporate .

Ordered a $20 pizza. I guess because I ordered 30 minutes before you closed yall tried to be funny. My pizza was delivered to my hotel room. I ordered garlic butter. I did not recieve it. The pizza was received uncut. I tried to call, no answer. It's ok. I'll dispute part of the charges with my bank.

I really wish they would evenly distribute the toppings, and not be so skimpy with them. I ordered double/extra steak, and somehow steak wasn't even on every slice of pizza. Barely any on the whole pizza????‍♂️ especially since I ordered DOUBLE steak. Otherwise this store operates very
