Was super disappointed in this store. I ordered a large, hot, mocha oat milk latte, extra shot. I got a large cup that was 3/4 full with VERY burnt tasting espresso. Unfortunately, it also seems that I may have gotten diary instead of oatmilk. Please, if you’re going to sub out oatmilk, do it almond, not dairy as some people are lactose.

Walk-in immediately saw a bunch of flies flying around landing on the donuts displayed in window at counter, then 3 fly onto freshly made donuts staff took off shelves and I walked right out. That is absolutely disgusting.

What an awesome group I’m down here helping my daughter who just had a baby DoorDash had ruined the order I went in and told them what happened and they immediately made me a new one very pleasant and over a Great group of staff thank you so much

I took 2 stars away for the food being cold and had to asked for napkins. I come here regularly once a week and for the most part the food is hot however they never put napkins in the bags. I’ve always had to asked for napkins. I thought napkins comes automatically when you order food?

Expect for your coffee to be made the wrong way! They will not care about screwing up either. They act like your the problem. This happened two days in a row now.
