I took 2 stars away for the food being cold and had to asked for napkins. I come here regularly once a week and for the most part the food is hot however they never put napkins in the bags. I’ve always had to asked for napkins. I thought napkins comes automatically when you order food?

Expect for your coffee to be made the wrong way! They will not care about screwing up either. They act like your the problem. This happened two days in a row now.

This Dunkin used to be one of our favorite places for coffee...it was open 24/7...but yes it was a huge issue when trying to drive through the order lane!! Way too tight for Trucks... the drive thru definitely needs to be redone!!! Ridiculous!!

The donuts and coffee look good but the parking situation has to change. There are traffic blocks in the entrance from Western. Either move these to the beginning of the entrance right next to Western or remove them. In engineering this is called a 'dumb door' because by having the entrance at all natural human response is to try to enter. Just because you can doesn't mean you should.

I stop at this location at least twice a week if not more. After today I'll be going to the Starbucks across the street. Sadly, this was the one good Dunkin' location in all of Onslow County.
In the last 2 weeks my orders have been messed up and staff unfriendly to the point of rudeness. I understand people make mistakes or have an off day but every employee was unfriendly. This morning I ordered a large Peppermint Mocha and it was half full, sticky chocolate all down the side of the cup, luke warm (I placed online order at 0742 and walked in 0745). I asked one of the employees if the cup sitting there was my order and gave her the order number, she looked at cup and pushed it towards me. Never acknowledgedme in any other way.
I'm not sure what the issues are but this location has gone from a 5 star across the board to all one stars in last 30 days.
And no, I hadn't drank any of the coffee from the cup in the photo. It's almost like they found 1/2 empty cup on a table and stuck my order label on it.

I frequent this establishment every day - sometimes multiple times in one day. The coffee has been extremely weak the past three days. It’s worth going to the other locations in Jacksonville if you care about the quality of your coffee.
This Dunkin' is almost impossible to get into in the morning, they definitely need a better system for the drive-thru.

After the remodeling and change of staff, the quality of everything has not been the same. The guy preparing food is eating and makes drinks the wrong size. The cups are filled with ice and the tiniest bit of actual drink (even when ordered with less ice). This location is no longer welcoming and enjoyable the way it used to be.

Went inside to order. No one in front of me and waited quite some time. They were more focused on the drive thru. 3 different workers looked at us and walked by, they did not even acknowledge us. No greeting or saying they would be right with us. They seemed frazzled and unattentive.
