Very poor business establishment. My elderly mother worked here for a very brief time. The manager Amir never helped her to get clocked in. Needless to say her last paycheck was for one hour and some change. He shorted her 20 hours and they are dicking her around about paying her. What type of employer doesn’t pay what is owed?!?

I never leave reviews, but this really ticked me off. I went into Dunkin’ Donuts wanted a coffee. I always have cinnamon and sweet and low because trying to cut back on sugar so I asked if I could add cinnamon to my coffee and the girls looked at me funny like and then looked behind them at their Area manager I said I would pay extra. He said those are to be saved for the specialty drinks and I said but I don’t want all that sugar. I’ll pay for a specialty drink. Can you just give me some extra cinnamon? That’s all I asked for he said I am the area manager and that is not allowed and I said, but every other Dunkin’ Donuts give it to me he said well they should be Reprimanded for that because it is not allowed and once again I said, but I’ll pay for it a latte just make me work the coffee that I want a regular coffee with Splenda and cinnamon and he said we can’t do that makes no sense was very rude. Very very rude so I got my coffee told him he was an idiot, which I feel kind of bad for but the way you talk to me just piss me off and it was my morning coffee. You know how that goes And then I tipped the girls and told him they’re doing an awesome job and that their manager was an asshole and then I walked out. I feel bad for that the customer services customer service and customer is willing to pay a latte price for a regular coffee with cinnamon. Why can’t she get what she wants don’t get it so now I bought my own cinnamon and keep it in the car so when I go to Dunkin’ Donuts, I can put cinnamon in my coffee. The customer service is customer service. Y’all have a blessed day.

I just have to say I’m very impressed and so grateful to these ladies! I came through the drive through about 30 mins before close(I had just gotten off work myself), and even so they were very helpful and made such a cute box of doughnuts for me to surprise my kiddos with on valentines morning!! Just wanted to take a minute to tell them thank you!! 🩷🩷

If I could give a zero I would have! We had an electrical fire at the Landings of Swansboro and had to move all the residents to the Onslow House in Jacksonville and I stopped to get Do it’s and a few dozen donuts for the staff and residents. I asked to talk to the manager and as I was explaining to the girl behind the counter a gentleman who was the manager turned around and said whatever it is you will need to come back at Noon I’ll be available to talk then, I was somewhat surprised that he reacted I. This matter without even hearing what I had to say( I was going to ask for a discount considering I had to purchase a numerous amount) he again repeated himself like I said I am available at Noon, I looked at him and said not to worry since he couldn’t take the time for anything I had to say I kindly told him not to worry I will take my business elsewhere! Kristy Crème manager was 100% more caring and gave us donuts for free! I will no longer be giving my business to this Dunkin Donuts, the manager was downright rude!

This is the WORST Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to. I order at the speaker a medium hot chocolate with whip cream and all the girl says is “pull around” no total no nothing. I pull around to the window and I sit there for 5 minutes and no one acknowledges that I’m there. I tried to wave to get several of their attention but still was ignored so I drove off. I don’t like to complain but that is so unprofessional and it pissed me off.

The young lady in the drive thru window needs new uniform! The amount of cat/dog fur on her work hat is absolutely disgusting! Her hat looks like she hasn’t washed it ever. What happen to making sure staff look clean. I didn’t eat my food or drink due to finding lint on my donut . Management needs to make sure everyone is dressed clean. GIVE HER A NEW HAT

Came and got two extra large hot chocolates and the girl that handed them to me (I didn’t catch her name) said she made them extra pretty for me and it was sweet of her to do. They tasted and looked so yummy

I just left and I was ck# 4116 and I ordered a hot midnight lite and sweet w/ 5 and 5. First, the young lady at the window was rude and just looked at me and didn't say a word. I knew the amount, so I just handed her the money. And the coffee tasted burnt and wasn't stirred up. This hands down was the worse experience I had in awhile and I won't go back there.

We ordered a custom variety of donuts. First we get to the window and they hand us the wrong box, not a big deal as I always check orders before driving away. Our order included what is supposed to be Boston crème. That is a yellow crème filling. What I got was a vanilla crème that’s basically whipped icing and is rather gritty tasting. It’s very disappointing and in my opinion gross. Everything else we got was good though.

When they used to make the donuts in store they were so much better now they are just a mass produced donut that come to the store frozen are thawed out and served.
