We can’t thank Ian at Dunkin' Donuts on Gum Branch Rd enough for helping us out in a pinch! When our usual vendor was unexpectedly closed, Ian came to the rescue with fulfilling a last-minute large order for one of our monthly events at New River Harley-Davidson. He went above and beyond, explaining what comes with the Boxes of Joe, crafting three amazing dozens of assorted donuts, and doing it all with a friendly smile. His excellent service saved the day, and we’re so grateful! Highly recommend this Dunkin’ for their fantastic staff and customer care.

Great service even though the line was very long in the Drive-Thru it moved quickly. Darnell at the window was super you cannot ask for a nicer associate. My coffee bagel and donuts were great unfortunately my snacking bacon was way overcooked but it is usually perfect at this location

This has got to be the saddest Dunkin’ Donuts In Jacksonville. A bunch of “ employees” joking around with not a care in the world for those that come in to patronize their establishment. Very rude and condescending management also. I encourage corporate to take heed to these reviews and hire and train people that actually have pride and dignity.

Very rude, smug, arrogant, and just plain unhelpful manager. I will never go to the Gum Branch location again. Thankfully, the manager at the Western Blvd location is very nice and helpful. If it wasn't for the latter, I would never go to a DD again.

Every single time I’ve come in the afternoon the espresso machines are either down or being cleaned. I usually come between 7/8. I’ve come roughy 5or 6 times just for the espresso to not work. If the workers don’t want to make lattes or espresso drinks they should probably say so at the beginning. Not wait to see if the barista is in the mood to make the drinks
