Usually my go to dunkin spot. This last time one drink had to be remade, as the initial one got misplaced, but as it was a busy time slot, and it was out in 2 minutes. I prefer this one over the western location.

Staff is rude and there is never anyone helping the front counter customers, they only focus on drive thru, your wait time inside is about 15 minutes just for your order to be taken. The staff are not friendly or welcoming. I've filed a complaint with corporate.

It’s Dunkin, of course the food is great. But this location is extremely slow when using the mobile app, both drive through and walk-in. People that walk-in, and order in person will get their order and leave, way faster. I tried both the drive-thru pickup method and the walk-in. Both methods required over a 20 minute onsite wait. Meanwhile, people that ordered in person, got their orders much quicker.

I ordered a caramel craze iced latte. He ended up making a hot one and instead of just remaking it, he poured it over ice which then caused my drink to not taste or look very well. I had already ripped $2 but definitely wish I didn’t.

This is by far the SLOWEST Dunkin I’ve ever been to. And I’m from New England so I’ve been to A MILLION Dunkin’s, my husband has literally had to leave the drive thru line because no one has any sense of urgency.

Using the app I got all this for only $4.28. Dunkin is my favorite! Their ice coffee is the best! Pictured is the braided apple pie yum!
I ordered a coffee with oatmilk, and I think they gave me regular milk because I drank a bit on my grocery run to Walmart and projectile vomited everywhere. I'm severely lactose intolerant. I should have suspected something was up because the coffee was straight up white instead of light brown and looked nothing like it normally does.

Went to the counter and stood behind one customer. After they gave their order, counter employee walked away and started preparing an order. He never acknowledged me nor did anyone else. Three employees walked right in front of me and ignored me. Waited five minutes and left.
