Usually my go to dunkin spot. This last time one drink had to be remade, as the initial one got misplaced, but as it was a busy time slot, and it was out in 2 minutes. I prefer this one over the western location.

We can’t thank Ian at Dunkin' Donuts on Gum Branch Rd enough for helping us out in a pinch! When our usual vendor was unexpectedly closed, Ian came to the rescue with fulfilling a last-minute large order for one of our monthly events at New River Harley-Davidson. He went above and beyond, explaining what comes with the Boxes of Joe, crafting three amazing dozens of assorted donuts, and doing it all with a friendly smile. His excellent service saved the day, and we’re...

Great service even though the line was very long in the Drive-Thru it moved quickly. Darnell at the window was super you cannot ask for a nicer associate. My coffee bagel and donuts were great unfortunately my snacking bacon was way overcooked but it is usually perfect at this location
