Lady taking orders is very rude and I don’t know how they are passing their inspections it looks very dirty I wouldn’t trust eating anything from this place!!!

Don’t go here. Food ain’t really good, place smells gross, and they messed up the order. Don’t forget false advertisement. Hawaiian BBQ is 100% not th e stuff they make. Just don’t waste your time.

I'm going to start by saying the woman who answered the phone is incredibly rude. I ordered Seasame Chicken with white rice. And steamed dumplings. The dumplings were correct. However, I received sweet and sour chicken with pork fried rice. When I called she argued with me and asked I send a text. I replied I don't send texts to strangers. She was awful. She told me to contact Uber Eats for a refund. I have. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Their crab Rangoons are amazing! Really affordable and tastes great, always ordered delivery from them without problems. Might take a minute since we live further away but still is warm!

Very Bad, I ordered Chicken Chow Mein, and I received LO MAIN with LOTS of BAD TASTING BROWN Noodles, a ton of BROWN NOODLES, I really wanted Chicken Chow Mein with vegetables, but they gave me Very Bad LO MEIN with No vegetables, I will Never buy from them again.

Ordered from this place tonight 12/7/24 and never will we order from here again. The food was awful. My husband has hunted cooked and eaten duck many of times and the shit they call duck at empire isn't duck. Anyways we ordered several different things and everything we ordered was just pure nasty . Never again empire!

We ordered the udon stir fry and Mongolian beef. The bag was literally dripping when got it. My udon stir fry was literally soup with some disgusting brown watery “sauce”. The udon should have been in a plastic sealed container not styrofoam…. There was a staple in it as well…..My husbands “beef” was white meat inside, so it definitely was NOT beef. Absolutely the worst excuse for Chinese food we have ever had.

The food was horrendous! So soupy wet and greasy mess! The beef didn’t taste like beef either! Only good thing was crab Rangoon. Packing leaked everywhere also.

The place is unkept, I felt the ick being in there. the lady working is the WORST and seeing her drop the food on the floor and still bag it up was insane.

We order food here almost every week because it was the only place we know about and they take for ever to deliver, we ordered at 4-5 and it’s almost 8pm with no food, the person we reach out to keeps saying almost there and still isn’t and just hangs up the phone after, the foods okay at best Hokkaido is better but it’s insane for a 2-3 hour wait for some food

Actually had it delivered. First time ordering from here. We always get the same items. Empire was very good. Better than we’ve had in a while. Definitely on our radar now ??

I have picked up many doordashes from this place so I thought I'd try it. I really don't know why it has such a low rating, I think the food is absolutely delicious.
