HOOO GUACAMOLE!!!! My first time here and let me tell you 10/10 RECOMMEND! 🤤 cookies n cream tres leches was so good, moist, and delicious!! Cookies are so soft, lemon bar… sooo delish!! One of the customer was like “you’ll be back”. Yess, definitely will ☺️ Staff or owners are so nice, welcoming, friendly and outgoing.

My other half ordered a birthday cake for me. He ordered strawberry lemon swirl w/cream cheese icing and paid extra for white chocolate covered strawberries. The flavors were very mild on the lemon and strawberry side as if they were overly mixed together but it really didn’t taste much like either flavor. The icing was really sweet and the cream cheese tasted light as well as if it were just cream cheese flavoring or just overcompensated with sugar. The white chocolate on the strawberries tasted like the melts but not like white chocolate in our opinion. $75 for a 1/4 sheet gave us an overall disappointing experience this time as I was hoping for something more flavorful versus just super sweet.

Essential Sweets Bakery absolutely blew us away with the tie-dye birthday cake they made for my daughter’s 8th birthday. The colors were so fun and eye-catching, everyone stopped to admire it before we even cut it. But the real magic was in the taste… moist, rich, and perfectly balanced low on sugar👌🏽. Every single guest raved about it, and I have to agree, it was one of the best chocolate cakes we’ve ever had. You can tell they pour real love and care into their baking. Highly recommend Essential Sweets! 🎂💖

Yesterday we tried this bakery for the first time and it definitely won’t be the last! Such a cute little shop, very clean and they were friendly! We tried the buckeyes, pineapple upside down cupcakes and tres leche cake and everything was so delicious and fresh!

Ordered a gender reveal cake for my granddaughter, and she had went live on Facebook, and when she done the glass in the cake and pulled it up it was green, not blue, so embarrassing, I paid 60 dollars for that cake and it was not what we ordered, I had read the reviews of this bakery and all seemed good, but this one definitely not.

So disappointed. Ordered white cake with buttercream frosting. I HATE WHIPPED FROSTING. Picked up cake today. Couldn't wait to get it home to cut it. It was WHIPPED. Called them and they said that's the kind of buttercream we use. NEVER AGAIN. So if you're looking for the old timey sweet buttercream, you want get it here.

This is my absolute favorite bakery in town. I grew up in a small business bakery with family and friends and have missed having a bakery like that around. Essential Sweets gives me all those vibes. The owner and staff and incredibly sweet. Even if I message them on Facebook, they reply quickly and they're always happy to help. The cakes are amazing and priced perfectly. I ordered a cake from another popular cake bakery in town and it doesn't compare to Essential Sweets. And they're always coming up with something new and delicious. The only con I would mention, is they don't put nearly enough glazed strawberries in their cakes. I'm sure if I asked, they would have no problem doing so. It's just so delicious, I need triple the amount, haha. They've made our special occasions extra special. You can tell they love what they do and it shows in their goodies.
