No ice, no tea. Didn't seem to care they were out after taking our money for both. Just stood around and there were at least 6 workers there. Seems no management in place, and if so, very poor management. Didn't use to be like this. Quite sad. One young man did find a bucket of ice in the back after a girl came out and stated there was none. He also started to make tea. The point? No one even checked the ice or the tea to ensure they were ready for the 5 p.m. rush...but...read full review

I love Firehouse and the owner Sondra is amazing and we love the staff. This place is my go to when I am having a bad day and I need a pick me up. Staff is so friendly, it is a very welcoming place for everyone of all ages.
