First time stopping at Firehouse. Entering the store and greeted by the friendly staff. Tried the roast beef and tuna subs. Outstanding. When it was time to leave all the staff said goodbye to me. Best subs in town.

Update...another visit! We are never disappointed when eating here! We always feel welcomed here and again...by far the best Firehouse Subs location I've been too. This Jacksonville, NC location is the best! The staff and the subs are fantastic! The restaurant is always clean and constantly has a great sanitation grade! Today it was 100...again!

ordered 2 Thanksgiving subs. Stuffing was super salty. did not enjoy. didnt taste any cranberry sauce. I was hyped for this sub all day just to be let down. Staff was friendly.

It was a day that I genuinely did not feel good existing in, I hadn’t gone to firehouse subs before and went on a whim. The staff was friendly and answered the questions I had, I genuinely felt a bit better getting my food and then going home, I enjoyed the food and felt like things got a bit better for me, I’m submitting this the next morning as I only ate half of it the day I ordered it and it reheats pretty good too.

The employees at this Firehouse are always incredibly polite and welcoming! Every time I visit, I’m greeted with a smile, and the service is fast and friendly. The store itself is spotless so clean and well-kept. It’s always a pleasure coming here!
