Never really a fan of Firehouse, but it was there, I was there, and I was hungry. My Italian sub was just as expected, okay. Very impressed however by the staff, being they greet customers entering the store, served me quickly and had cheerful interactions with everyone. Facility also well maintained.

Everytime I come here the employees are always welcoming & the food always hits the spot! Their Subs are amazing and you can tell the ingredients are high quality! Even when they’re busy they keep a great customer service attitude! I highly recommend this place to anyone :)

the sandwich makers cannot communicate that they ran out of a certain meat with the third party delivery service. So instead of substituting another meat option, they just leave that meat off of my sandwich and don't even include my daughters entire sandwich (which was already paid for). You literally have one job and that is to make sandwiches.??

2 out of 4 subs were wrong, the 2 subs that were the same made us sick.. They were out of cheese, not just one but any sub we got we had to substitute cheese. My son threw his in the trash bc it has mayo, tomato & lettuce on it. I asked for meat/cheese only. I called back & the rude boy on the phone laughed when I said no I'm not driving from half moon to bring it back. Never once said I'm sorry, let me fix it. Just bring it back n I'll remake it, as if gas is free and I live close by. It's a good 20 minute drive one way. Now it's Tuesday, myself and my mom have been sick since Sunday night.. Clearly something was wrong with the food as both of us are puking..Kid-friendliness: When I say meat n cheese only that means no veggies.

Update: I know who to blame now and apparently it’s not this firehouse subs establishment. Owner called and apparently the T-Mobile Tuesday app is to blame. She called and refunded me for the drink I purchased and explained that she would have tried to rectify that day if I hadn’t left in such a hurry. Clearly a small business owner who cares.Not sure who to blame T-Mobile or this place so I choose this place. Ordered a sub and a drink. Actually drove on western blvd to pick it up and now my order is just the drink. No solution offered and I don’t care. Mistake made and lesson learned.

No ice, no tea. Didn't seem to care they were out after taking our money for both. Just stood around and there were at least 6 workers there. Seems no management in place, and if so, very poor management. Didn't use to be like this. Quite sad. One young man did find a bucket of ice in the back after a girl came out and stated there was none. He also started to make tea. The point? No one even checked the ice or the tea to ensure they were ready for the 5 p.m. rush...but then again it was 5 and we were the only ones there, so that alone may be telling.
