Melissa was absolutely outstanding and made our brunch experience at First Watch exceptional. She was attentive, friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming—everything you could possibly want in a server.
What really set her apart was how accommodating and thoughtful she was with our toddler and newborn. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable, anticipated our needs, and handled everything with patience and a great attitude. Because of her, what could’ve been a stressful outing with young kids turned into a relaxed and enjoyable meal.
We’ve eaten at this location many times, and Melissa is hands-down the best server we’ve had here by a long shot. She elevated the entire experience, and we hope management knows what a standout employee they have.
We’ll absolutely be back—and hoping to be seated in her section again.
