This is my favorite burger joint to grab some grub, Tyler the manager is great and the main reason I come here! Very pleasant to deal with and is very personable to chat with! He always remembers me when I stop in and greets when he see me coming up to the counter. Still mainly come here for the service from the manager Tyler!

Ordered a grilled cheese burger and I got a burger with no cheese then they went and handed me two thick cold pieces of cheese and blew me off umm… can I get a burger with melted cheese then continue to melt cheese and put it on my burger was not worth 26 dollars and won’t be coming back might as well go to McDonald’s

The dirty looks from the staff, upon entry and all the way until we left, was crazy. When I was given the price of over $60 for 3 people to eat i almost left but my family has never been so we paid for the experience. The fries were good and the burger was outstanding! Unfortunately for the price, i can go have a steak dinner at any resturaunt so I will not be coming back.

I love the food at Five Guys, but the customer service is lacking. My husband and I walked in, and went to order. We weren't greeted at all by anyone! The young lady at the front counter was standing there putting on chapstick looking at us... We just left the restaurant without ordering. We refuse to spend our money in an establishment that lacks the most basic customer service a skills.
Loved all the topping options you get on the hamburgers. Fries were excellent as always, love having the vinegar as an option for fries. Always generous amounts of fries. Love getting nuts too!
