Honestly the food is extremely good like 5 star good 80% of the time and then 20% it’s extremely bland. The reason I’m give it 2 stars is because every single time I’ve ordered it’s been a 2-3 hour wait on delivery and nothing is more annoying than waiting that long and your order is missing 1/2 the food ordered. They mess up drink orders a lot too. I will hand it to them though they’re very good about replacing or refunding. They just need to work on delivery and not messing up orders and it would be a very solid 4.8 place. Food is amazing.

Great concept and friendly staff. However, the food was bland. We had the veggie pizza and it was full of vegetables.

The only reason I'm giving Forkful 1 star is because I couldnt give it 1/2 a star. And the only reason it gets 1/2 a star is because the little old lady hustle-shuffled back and forth from the counter to the door because they're still operating the mid covid locked door qr code order protocol.This was the most unseasoned food I've experienced since the 2004 completely unmelenated off Broadway dinner theater reenactment of the Mayflower landing. My wifes order of chips and salsa, came in the form of a individual bag of Stacy's Pita Chips and some sort of marinara pace picante sauce combo....soooo idk what all these other folks are raving about.

Just ordered online for pick-up and my entire order was wrong. This is the 2nd time in a week my order has been wrong. Today was the worst. I asked for chicken & it looks like I received some sort of steak in my wrap. When I call I can't get anyone to help me. $10 is a lot for a wrap I ended up feeding to my animals because it was full of beef instead of the chicken I ordered. I'm disappointed and will no longer continue to be a customer here .

I absolutely love this place!! My orders are always correct, the food is always amazing, my only complaint is that they are too busy! I recently had an order not ready by the pick up time and had to leave as I was in a time crunch and they refunded my order for me without even having to call or anything. I understand that they are super busy and their food is Top Notch so I couldn’t even be mad that they didn’t have mine. I hope they see this and know how much I appreciate them and how amazing their food is!

Great ...last time..today, Sub Par ...order wasn't right..no hummus, chicken dry no flavor and tons of water in My togo container and the thing I asked fo be put on side was not. Great concept poor execution today. Tried to call to rectify no one picked up phone.

Delicious! Definitely a go to food for nights when we just don't feel like cooking. We had the Sizzlin' Steak and Rockin' Shrimp Combination plates and they were fantastic. Perfectly cooled and excellently seasoned. The contactless pick up was simply and efficient.

This used to be my favorite place to eat when it first opened... we moved 6 years ago and just moved back and it’s changed so much!! Our chicken tasted like fish and was completely repulsive. It was so dry and rubbery I couldn’t even eat it.The gluten free cookie was dry and not good at all. I was so excited to come here again. I’ve missed it so much, but was completely let down.

If I could give zero star I would. Which is a shame because I always viewed this restaurant at least a four to five star establishment. That was before they completely disregarded me and my family's need to eat dinner. I ordered dinner for my family to be delivered through GrubHub. The driver arrived in a timely manner, but an item was missing. So someone's dinner was missing. I called the store and I believe it was someone named Star who answered the call. She took full responsibility for my order being wrong, and ensured that it would get prepared and sent out. Just needed my address. When I gave her the address, which is about 15-20 minutes away, I could hear her tone of voice change. Not too long after this interaction, the same person called me back and said no one could bring me my food. I tried several times to explain I didn't want it added to my order next time, I want to feed my family tonight. After a few minutes it was clear I would not be getting the rest of my meal. It also became very clear I will not recommend this place any longer. I was a proud customer for years now, at least 4, and found my favorite salad here. Unfortunately, there will be no next time for me. The complete disregard for my family and their needs, especially right now, honestly, it disgusted me.

Quality has gone down big-time. The last three orders I placed had to be corrected when they shorted me two boba tea, made one wrong, and made a rice bowl with ingredients I'm allergic to. This is all done via typewritten instructions for the orders.They haven't opened up their restaurant to dine in or even come inside to order and as such after 3 large mistakes, fermented bean jumble in my kids food, and some serious communication errors with pick up orders I'm done going there for the foreseeable future. This has been my favorite restaurant for over 4 yrs. The new owners need to step up and get back to the quality and service we used to have before they took over. I miss their food
