I had the pleasure of placing an order through Simone - the Bobarista. I ordered a plain brown sugar iced milk tea with 75% sweetness. She was very informative, I am now a rewards member bc of how sweet she was. The space is small but welcoming and very clean. 100% recommend.

I personally liked the boba me and my friend got from here, not the best but it was ok. The only problem I had was the rude cashier. My friend is Vietnamese and knows little English, and the employee was VERY impatient and rude. Please note that this is a boba place and there are going to be Asian people (like myself and my friend) who will be coming through your doors. If they dont know English, please be patient with them. Thank you

Edit: (the manager reached out to me was very polite and apologized for the situation and understanding) Little annoyed I come into this place all the time if it’s for food or drinks. I had called Saturday asking for a popcorn chicken which they couldn’t due to cleaning the fryer (understandable). But I came in today two days after Saturday and they have only been open for an hour, tried to order popcorn chicken and they told me they were “cleaning the fryer”. Not only was the fryer completely put together but it was also on, you can see the kitchen from the front. Their food and drinks are good but it’s pretty crappy when they lie about things being “cleaned” to get out of making It.

They were amazingly kind to my little niece when it was her first time drinking Boba Tea! She didn't like her first drink so they kindly offered to change it and they tweaked it to her liking! Amazing people!

Im not the biggest complainer, but this was just beyond. This place is yummy but i placed an order 10 minutes prior and i come at the time it told me it would be done to not even be made yet! waited another 10 minutes and they even forgot my toppings on one of my drinks. I’m lactose intolerant she her put in whole milk in my drink when i asked for coconut milk. I wont be coming back.
Reply to the owner!! Reading these reviews after my experience is insane. People have been complaining for 2 years maybe even longer about how long their drinks are taking. It seems that this business is doing nothing to fix it. They reply the same thing to everyone unless they get a good review. I would save my money and go to a different place.

A cute place to chill for a few hours! The employees were really nice. I got the jasmine milk tea with rose flavoring, brown sugar boba, and 25% sweetness. This is one of the only boba shops I've been to where 25% is actually 25%, perfect sweetness level. The drink had a very pleasant green tea flavor and the rose was subtle and not overpowering. The tapioca pearls were mid (not the freshest, but I did come later in the day), but the rest of the drink more than made up for it! Drink only comes in one quite large size, so keep that in mind if you're not very hungry :)

The food and drink options at this establishment are great, however, the young ladies that work there have very poor customer service skills. The little restaurant/shop can get a little busy at times, which I understand can be stressful, but their attitudes weren’t any better during the times that I have visited and was the only customer in the building. Additionally, it seems the staff pick and choose when they feel like preparing and serving food items. I’ve tried to order a simple popcorn chicken and fries combo several times HOURS before their closing time and was told that they weren’t serving food anymore for the remainder of the day. Also, because of this-I’ve tried calling to place an order ahead of time (so that I’m not wasting time and money by driving across town for nothing), but they NEVER answer the phone. So, if you are only wanting a drink (and no “munchies”), and are willing to overlook the workers’ snotty attitudes-you’re good to go-otherwise this place is a hit or miss, unfortunately.
