Came across this place while on a walk in search for a place to eat lunch and wound up here! Quaint, clean and pleasant atmosphere! I had the Tuna Poke bowl and a matcha latte and it was delicious! K.O. Provided excellent service and was very personable! A very nice surprise while in downtown Jacksonville! Highly recommend if you’re looking for tasty Ramen or Poke bowls! Will definitely be back!

I want to start this off with the women who took our order at the start was very kind, but there’s some issues here.
We walked in at 5pm on a Sunday no one else in line to order, we put in our order shortly after 5:00pm (5:10pm) we ordered two boba teas, pumpkin spice chai, a sprite, two spicy miso ramens, and two regular miso ramens (one just meat and noodles only) Drinks came at a decent time BUT… here it is currently 6:09 PM and no food. The women who took our order came and cleaned the only dirty table of the family who was leaving as we got here and did not offer us a water, or give us an update on where our food is. During our wait a two top came in about 35 minutes after us during this time.
Update: food came out at 6:12 pm (an hour after we ordered) so did the food for the two top who came in a while after us.
Food: the spicy miso ramen is decent, the eggs you can tell are not fresh as they were extremely cold which is odd since it took over and hour to get this dish we would have figured things would have been made fresh to order, ginger was massively over powering. The regular miso ramens were just regular chicken ramen nothing special or to write home about.
Drinks: the bobas need some work, as they arrive still warm with very lite ice causing them to be watered down. The pumpkin spice chai is clearly just powdered chi but I didn’t expect much with this one but wouldn’t recommend if you’re expecting something nice.
This meal was a little over $100.00, now the question is would i recommend this place to family and friends? Right now no, I feel that there is a lot of work that needs to be done. The floors and tables in this establishment are extremely sticky you can hear peoples shoes sticking to the ground as they walk, the music they were playing was great except it was the same 5 songs playing on repeat and was extremely loud for the environment. Staff holds zero accountability or empathy to the customers.
I wish this establishment well as they do have the full potential of being a great ramen spot, but I doubt we will come again to experience it.

I'm sorry to say this was a "miss" for me. The rice in all the dishes was cold. I didn't like the flavor of the spam musubsi at all. The edamame was plain and over cooked. I had Japanese BBQ bowl. It was like beef jerky with a side of cold rice with very little sauce. I had three bites and left the rest. My boyfriend had a Loco Moco bowl with spam. It was supposed to have a gravy with it but also very dry with nearly no sauce/gravy. So cold rice with warm spam was his meal. It was an expensive meal to leave over half of it behind.

The bartender talked smack and complained about the customers and their drink orders the entire time I was here - it really made dinner unpleasant. Openly complained about our drink order and how the waiters wouldn't make anything off of virgin drinks in front of us. Had a full restaurant of people waiting and the staff stood around and talked every few minutes. Cooks were hollering for the waitresses to pick up their food. It felt uncomfortable and tense. Ordered ramen and added spicy oil, when it wasn't spicy I asked for more and was charged twice. Floors were very sticky. Food was alright, our waitress was pleasant.

This place gets 5 stars across the board! I had never experienced authentic Ramen before until I went here after a coworker told me about it. I have been multiple times since then and haven't been disappointed any of the times I've been. Not only did I enjoy the incredible Ramen I ordered, I also got to experience my first taste of "Tai milk tea"! They were both incredible! The portion sizes are huge and the flavor was incredible.
This place is located in downtown Jacksonville near another amazing restaurant (Elsa's) and definitely worth a visit.
Best Ramen joint in town!!!!!
