Always great food and great service. The restaurant is always clean. The ambience is amazing and great for a date night or a family dinner.

I went here for my birthday, and it was a great experience. The wait staff was attentive and quick. My favorite aspect however, was our chef Alexander. He was very entertaining, personable, and a joy to chat with. He also cooked our food and other patrons food perfectly to order. It was probably the best hibachi I've had! I would definitely come back to have Alexander as our chef again.

Excellent service and food. Every time we’ve gone it has been amazing. The food taste wonderful and it’s the best portions in town. I’ve had 3 of there chefs make our meals and they’ve all been good. Gabriel is the MAN!

Sushi was ok, didn’t like the wasabi surprise in my sushi. Eel had allot of scales on it which threw that experience off. Service was great though. Not allot of sushi in the love boat for the price I paid.

The food was great. The service not so much. At our table, we had a mix of sushi and Ramen ordered. The sushi was out 20 minutes while we waited over an hour for Ramen. It was disappointing having to have half the table waiting to eat. After our Ramen finally came out, our server was just checked out. She didn't check on us after that. Had to keep grabbing other servers to get drinks and to go stuff.

Only reason why it's a 3 star for service was cause it took more than an hour till we finally got to have food however it could've just been them being understaffed as I only saw 2 chefs. However, food and atmosphere were amazing 10/10 would come here

The food was excellent . I had the salmon poke bowl and it was so good. The salmon was fresh . The service was good and food came quickly . I will say however, Hakata Downtown is a better option in my opinion just because the menu is more extensive and the environment is more roomy and more to my liking . Hakata Japanese SteakHouse is great for late night and drinks while Downtown is more of a chill and laid back experience .

Very clean and friendly. Staff works together very well and support each other.Parking: Wide open parking for about 50 vehicles.Kid-friendliness: There were several families that were dining and the staff made them feel special.Wheelchair accessibility: There are a few handicap ♿️ parking spots and a very low floor. Single story so it's easy for wheel chairs to move around.

Everything made fresh in house!!! Fresh caught wild fish, made from scratch sauces, organic for the most part, according to our hibachi chef. Pricey but worth it bc there's no bad ingredients. Definitely worth the trip for supper (you know it is good when they are only open at 5pm). They also carry a good drink selection, and thier Ramen is literally world known. The chef goes to different countries to showcase/sample, and it's super rich and satisfying.

Sushi and Ramen are pretty good for the price. Never had Hibachi here, but the chef always seems like a fun guy.

Everything looks great except I didn't understand why our appetizer and our soup was served with our Sushi dinner? I would have liked to receive all those items a little bit more staggered so that I didn't have to stuff my face really fast before my soup got cold. For some people the music might be too loud when the hibachi chef comes out with a stereo under their cart, it's really cool I think it would be really fun or an extroverted crowd. If you have noise sensitivity or your child does I would not recommend.

Came here for a birthday dinner and we had a great time. Quincy was our chef and he was great. Very attentive to all of us and engaged with us the whole time. The waitress was great. Our glasses were filled consistently. First visit here and we will definitely be back and will request Quincy to cook for us.
