Made an online order they completely messed up the whole order. Forgot multiple items and shorted me on a few items. I live 20 minutes away so I didn't realize it until I got home. I come back and the lady calls the manager to see what they can do. The manager says they can't do anything even though my food is cold now. Terrible service and a very dirty store. I'll never be back here again and I'll never recommend this place to anyone. I have to pay for their mistake. I even had to reorder the food because my order was already cold.

Went to this Hardee’s for lunch. I ordered a frisco sandwich double, with fries and tea. This meal costs $13.00. What I received was a double frisco, no cheese with lettuce added. I guess they just make whatever they want there. I would have taken it back, but they also never gave me a receipt. Go figure. For $15.00 an hour they’ll screw up your $13.00 order. Let that sink in.

I stopped here this morning for breakfast for the first time In a while and I completely understand now why multiple Hardee’s are going out of business everywhere. My chicken biscuit combo cost me $9.30 this morning. Then the lady has the nerve to say it will be 27 more cent for a cup of ranch??? Soooo not only did I pay almost $10 for breakfast but you’re going to charge me for ranch too? You can seriously get free ranch with freaken chicken tenders at lunch time so what’s the difference in a chicken biscuit??? I won’t be returning to eat. Ever.

We stood and waited for 10 minutes for manager to finally come and take our order , didn’t give us our all our drink cups , had to ask , then she wanted to charge me. Was a wait for the food, only good thing I can say is the food was very good , fresh and hot . So shout out to the employees who were making the food .

10 out of 10 Do Not Recommend food was wrong attitudes were horrible they will not even fix their mistakes ordered my family some food and was missing quite a bit almost 50 dollars worth for them to get it wrong I will not be going back and I advise yall not to either

I ordered the fish sandwich. Got the 2 for deal. They were awful. A lot of breading and very little fish and they were salty. The shredded lettuce was brown on one of them, I mean dark brown. Also, both of the buns were cooler than room temperature. I also got the strawberry/lemon biscuits. They are available all day, but they aren't by any means fresh and fluffy. They were hard. For a little over $12, all I really liked was my tea.
