Just had a great experience with Diago. I’m in Studio City, and had been having issues with my gate sticking halfway when closing. Martin came out, quickly found the issue, and made the repair without pushing me to replace anything unnecessarily. Super professional guy.

Our gate in Encino stopped working late last week, and Diago was able to send someone out quickly. Shay and David arrived right on time, diagnosed the problem fast, and had it fixed within an hour. What I appreciated most was how honest they were . no upselling, just straight to the point. It’s rare to find that kind of service these days. Would definitely use them again!

Can’t believe how fast they showed up! I live in Reseda, and my automatic gate jammed shut with my car stuck inside. Angel came within 40 minutes and got it open, then fixed the opener motor. The 24-hour gate repair is a lifesaver! Huge thanks to Diago for being there when I needed them most.

I work for a company where we have multiple little sites all around the city. I needed three new gate operators installed so I can get in and out quick. Sean took care of me quickly, gave me fair quotes. They installed all three operators and even had to fabricate a new gate because the old one was not setup right. They completed everything he quoted in just a couple days cleanly. I’m impressed. Will definitely call him if I need work on an electric gate at another facility.
