Great venue, love this place. Wish they served food, even snacks or a vending machine. But still cool

The venue was Overbooked, so we waited outside for an hour and a half after the doors opened. They definitely aren't ready for shows that attract a large crowd. We missed the first 2 bands of a 4 band show. Barely made it in time to see the 3rd band. I'll avoid this venue in the future. Credit where credit is due, though: The Music sounded great. Sound was definitely good.

Went here for the first time to see one of my favorite bands: The Plot in You.
If I could give this venue zero stars I would. When we arrived at 8pm (an hr after the show started) there was already a line snaking around the building, and an employee of the venue told us there were already hundreds of people inside (venue definitely broke their fire code, we looked it up).
The line moved extremely slow - the employees weren't scanning tix but instead reading off of a paper list, also the venue was already so packed there was literally no room for any new patrons to stand.
We were actually in line so long we missed the first two bands playing that night, and half of the set of the third band - and we were offered no refunds on our tickets. I saw a few people leaving angrily in the parking lot for the same reason..
My rum and coke I ordered at the bar was over $20 (and it was house rum)...
We eventually pushed our way to get through the doorway of the space where the bands were playing just enough to be out of the way of people coming and going from the room. We felt so claustrophobic and the space felt very unsafe due to the place being way over capacity. It was very very hot inside which was expected but not to the extent of over 100 degrees, but I wasnt prepared for the people around me's sweat to fall/drip on me - again, packed like sardines: otherwise that wouldn't have been happening. Oh, and forget about being able to go back out to the bar to get another over priced drink.
There was no staff to help patrons in and out of the space. I will say the bartender that gave me my $20 rum and coke was pleasant.
This will be the first and last time we go to this venue. Shame on management for over selling and overall putting a lot of people in an unsafe space

First time coming to this venue in a long time and probably will not go back. First bought premium seating with table which was suppose to get a table with 2 seats with that one ticket, I emailed the venue and asked to make sure if that's what it really meant on ticket website they said yes. We get there and wait well over an hour after doors open to get it. They finally tell us there is a premium seating line we go up there and they seem confused about my premium seating but let me and my father in. Once in they have one chair against the rail for us and told me that what I bought does not exist. The older security guard with beard helped us out above and beyond and that was the silver lining in this encounter. I have been to alot of shows at other venues and you can tell when one is oversold and this on was completely oversold. Everything was blamed on new management and people that weren't there anymore or not there that night.

Went here for the first time tonight for a concert. Zero 9:36, Currents, and The Plot in You. After over a 2 hr drive from Raleigh, I had to wait OVER AN HOUR in line to get in! I missed half the damn show!

I finally get to the front, and they're literally flipping through printed pages to look for each individual's name. Not sure if they don't have a ticket scanner or if it's just broken?

Finally get inside, and the venue is waaayyyy oversold. We were packed in tighter than sardines, dying of heatstroke. I had to buy 3 bottles of water just to stay alive since they don't have water fountains or coolers anywhere.

They should've known well in advance how many people would be attending, and definitely could've done much better to prepare. I can't even express how pissed I am that I missed half the show! Almost a 5 hour drive round trip, just to stand in line for over an hour and see almost 2 hours worth of concert. I should've just stayed home. I need a refund.

Overselling tickets to the point where the crowd cannot breathe or lift their arms up is dangerous and unacceptable. It's disgusting that overselling is still practiced at shows. I attended the first time at this venue for The Plot In You and my first impression made me sick. Waiting 2 hours in line when we got there on time. Missing half the show because of your crappy security and overselling AND CHARGING OVER $3 FOR WATER people have died due to overcrowding. I don't give a shit if it makes you more money, you're putting hundreds of lives at risk.

This was the worst local sized concert I've ever been to out of a few hundred. We arrived 45 minutes after doors opened for the show. The line wrapped around the building and down a backroad. Once near the doors, we discovered staff were searching for names on a list instead of just scanning the tickets we paid for. We also saw staff charging parents with minors for "liability reasons." Security at the entry area were complaining about lack of assistance from co workers.

We spent an hour and a half in line, getting inside over 2 hours after doors opened. Both opening acts had finished performing. While in the concert hall, there was zero airflow making the room well over 100 degrees. The difference between the concert hall and the entry area was easily 40 degrees.

On top of all of this, the venue does not accept cash anymore citing "new management" making changes. My word to the new management at this venue, clean this crap up before your doors close forever. Worst indoor concert experience, Period. Just go to Raleigh or Charlotte, hell, even Greensboro has a better concert experience.

Poor management of the security through into the building. Took so long that we missed the band we wanted to see. Would never recommend this place for anyone. Save your money and just make the drive to Raleigh or Charlotte to see bands. This venue is not worth it.

We were in VIP but never saw our server. Had to get our own drinks at the bar. Security and front door staff were super friendly.

I'm not one to google review and cancel out stuff but im going to say this. 1st you searched my ol ladies pocket book like we was entering a federal building. You designed access where it's one way in one way out, couldn't even go to my vehicle for a sec. Charged 5$ more at the door even after one of the acts dropped off the bill. Charged me for a glass of water in a plastic cup, no TP in the bathroom and the sound kept going in and out while the bands was playing

Shout out to Johnny and staff for accommodations tonight. I had a family member that needed ADA assistance and Johnny and his staff made that happened. I appreciate the hospitality as well. You guys did not have to do all you did to accommodate my loved one, but you did. In fact, you did more than we paid for. Thank you for making my lived one feel welcome! We really enjoyed Iam Tongi!! Went to the Trapt concert. First opener was good the second opening band was a let down. They tried to hard to be rock stars and not enough time on practicing their songs. Trapt played great as well. Wish the had been more seets available in the back.
