Family owned business that has so far provided really good customer service and a comfortable place to hang out and enjoy a authentic mexican snack.

Best ice cream around! Everything we have had here has been so good, they are always so friendly and helpful, prices are super reasonable too. We love coming for ice cream or the pops. My only complaint is I waited so long to try it.

Loved the mangonada best place in town for ice cream

Had a very interesting selection of flavors. Everything we had was good, nothing spectacular. I'd say out of the flavors we tried banana was the best and pistachio was the worst ( normally my favorite flavor of ice cream). This place wouldn't be my favorite ice cream, but it's worth a try.

Paleteria Deya is one of the very first ice cream parlors I came into when I first stepped foot into Jacksonville. It is a truly nice and festive area to be in. Every season they are showing true to their culture with decorations littered in the ceilings , on the ground and even outside of the door to welcome you. Their ice cream is often packed with flavor, spice and everything nice.

The only negative thing I hav to say today is that the MANGO in the cups are sometimes not ripe or are overly ripe which can mess up the textures in the cups but the pineapples are ALWAYS AMAZING .. overall I love this place

Vegetarian options: Most options are vegetarian however be careful as soon of the ice creams are made with animal milk and fats for those VEGANS.

Dietary restrictions: They have a few options thats okay for dietary needs but this is an ice cream shop so be realistic! They have dairy free options and even fruit and flan to choose from .

Parking: There a multiple areas of parking however be mindful that there are only about five directly in front of the store . You have have to use a different row or park a little further down then your liking.

Kid-friendliness: They have a beautiful area set for smaller aged children and a booth set up for the older ones who like to play at the arcade.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair accessible spacing inside as it is very spacious and huge area however there are only three entry points for an individual in a wheelchair to enter the plaza.

I loved it . Was so excited to see what I experienced while living in Yuma. Fell in love with the Mexican respadas. Was sad to leave Yuma but now after eating here . I am back at the border with one of my favorite cold refreshing drinks . If you want a taste of Mexico come here. Service was great too.

Was just introduced to this ice cream shop and it did NOT disappoint! Great custom flavors, lots of variety, Hispanic desserts and food, and friendly staff. This was a good visit for the whole family! Will definitely be coming back here again!

Great place for a little sweet treat. Went twice during my visit. First time got a mangonada popsicle - this was a little spicier than I would have liked and it had freezer burn on the popsicle. Although my second time I got a cup of mango icecream that was fresh and this redeemed my first visit. Absolutely delicious, there were mango pieces in the icecream which was the cherry on top. They have a voucher card you can get, after 9 purchases you can get a popsicle for free.
