I wish I could give zero stars. I waited in the store for 35 minutes before one of the other customers forced the employees to take our names , I waited an hour for a pick up order that was supposed to be ready by 1045. I placed the order at 1025. I was finally handed my COLD FOOD at 1135 employees were rude. Customers trying to pay WALKED OUT due to being IGNORED for 5+ minutes being walked past and not even acknowledged. Also to add my husband wound up sick directly after eating . He said there was something off with the food.
My server charity was so welcoming and kind. She made sure to get my kids food out first so so my food wasn’t cold by the time I was done cutting my kids food up she is very management potential or very recommend eating here and asking for charity

This restaurant is an example of a place that is short staffed, but the staff was still on point! The Waitress was very attentive, and our food was smoking hot, fresh, and seasoned beyond profection.

my family (8 people) and i walked in to eat around 6pm. the place was completely empty. immediately, upon walking in we were greeted with "it will be a wait, the stove is not on, are you okay with the wait"... i think she expected us to leave right then. but we said we would wait , which took 20mins, and then took 30mins to cook our food. the food was mediocre, and we had to ask after awhile of empty drinks and no food , for our drinks to be filled and we were literally the only customers there. at this point i just felt bad for the cook and server for even making them do there jobs... i still even left a 20% tip... i will not waste another 100 at this place ever again.and i just found out that they also did not honor the "kids eat free" with a purchase of adult meal. so i paid fully for 4 kids meals and 2 adult meals and still gave them a 20% tip ... all wasted money.

$$$$ The prices have skyrocketed. $70 for 2 adults for breakfast. We had to have one dish remade because the order was not correct, another had to have sides brought out one by one as the waitress was reminded. The restaurant itself is in terrible disrepair and dirty.

Don't order the Colorado omelet. Greasy, flat, old dried out meat with no onions or peppers. It's the only thing I ordered with a glass of water. Salsa that came with it in a little black container looked like it had been sitting it there for a month. Omelet with No sides $17. Left 3/4 of the Omelet on the plate. Waitress was very nice.

My server Maya was great and also noticed these other servers were also great at providing customer service. I loved how she made us feel welcomed since the beginning of us being seated. She has great customer services.
I just felt like my pancakes had a weird chewy texture to it. Compared to being light and fur fluffy like I have had them in the past.

Ordered curbside. My daughter ordered the chocolate chip pancakes. The description states it had chocolate syrup and whipped cream. There was none of either. I ordered the combo with 3 meats eggs and pancakes I paid for cheddar cheese in my eggs there was none. I ordered curbside and had to call inside to let them know I was there and the woman who answered told me I needed to come inside to get it? I’ve given this location multiple chances and every time I order from here whether it be take out or dine in there’s always a problem

Absolute trash. I’ve had my fair share experience working customer service and food industry, but this was WILD. An hour passed before we received our food, which was a simple order of two eggs Benedict’s and an order of French toast and even then the food was either overly greased and not cooked correctly (picture of “poached” eggs attached). We were there around 11:30, served just before 1, and the place wasn’t busy. I felt bad for our server; two tables left and didn’t tip, but I can see why they were frustrated. Despite the wait, the errors, and the poor quality, we were offered 30% off the meals we weren’t able to eat whereas a table nearby got their meals comped for the inconvenience. It’s all over the place. Idk who, if anyone, is running the show it’s so chaotic.
For context, the dining room wasn’t busy and we empathized with the server who was doing the minimum with what she had. When I came to write the review I can see why this location isn’t busy or well received.

Irfaan Gray was an outstanding waiter during our visit to IHOP. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and struck the perfect balance of checking on us without being overbearing. His thoughtful service made our breakfast a genuinely enjoyable experience. We’ll definitely be back and hope to have Irfaan as our server again. Highly recommended!
