We where the only 2 customers in the dinning room. Coffee was cold asked for french vanilla creamer and the sever was to busy talking to co-workers to bring creamer. Waited 10 minutes for sever to return to our table to take our order. Decided to go somewhere else based on the lack of service. Graduation IHOP you've lost a customer for life.

First off the hours of operation have changed to 7 am but their website still says 6 am. Lack of concern by owners?

Arguably the Richlands Hwy IHOP is the best IHOP due to almost always being empty. Due to the location of the other IHOP being on Western Blvd and right in front of the mall it is almost always packed. However, what truly disappointed my family and I on our last visit almost made us look for a new breakfast place. It doesn't matter whether you work for McDonalds, the Waffle House or for Gordon Ramsey, you DO NOT SMOKE ON THE DOOR STEP as an employee. You Ms. Charity, are the first person the guests see, you are what sets the tone for the meal. Second, as manager, one of your main responsibilities is to prepare for orders. When we arrived, the restaurant was out of strawberries for the drinks, broccoli for the meals, and large tortillas for the breakfast wraps. As hurtful as it may sound we the customers, expect the kitchen to be stocked, just as the manager should plan for it to be so. Lastly, KNOW YOUR MENU, the Rootie Tootie Fresh and Fruity has been on the menu since 1984, so when my waitress said oh it must be a new item as the menu has been updated, we couldn't believe it. The only positive thing I could say about our experience is the inside of the restaurant was mostly clean, the food was above decent. Managment at the Richlands IHOP, police your people, if you have 2 or 3 people working in the kitchen, then there shouldnt be 4 people on break in the side sitting area. Last time I checked IHOP was better than Waffle House, no matter what side of town its on.

My famliy and I can here for a birthday dinner and was supper upset how our service went. We were the only people there and waited almost and hour for all the food. On top of that my omelet had mushrooms in it. I am highly allergic to them and when I asked the chef why I had mushrooms,he at first claimed the omelet comes with it but we looked at the menu twice and saw the omelet did not come with it. I'm glad I caught it in time. Had I ate any more I'd be in the hospital. He should have been paying attention more and instead of saying he was the only cook there and had to cook for 10 people by himself.

I've become quite the regular for the protein pancakes combo. Though they don't have a big staff the server greets me with a smile and positivity.

My first time eating out and what a big disappointment! Having waited 20 minutes to be greeted should have been an indication that the service, food, and atmosphere was rotten! There were plenty of open tables and booths available. We waited 30 minutes for a host to seat us. We ordered the Colorado omelet with a side of hash browns. YUCK....Eggs were watery, the inside of the omelet had halfed sausage links, bacon that was not fully cooked and the cheese was all dried to the plate. There was nothing else inside the omlet, missing ingredients! Hash brown was saturated in butter! The lemonade...tasted like it was made with dirty water. We will never eat there again! Definitely an inexperienced cook/chef, short of staff, and lack of personality! $52.00 w/ the tip, we could have eaten elsewhere and been satisfied. We will not recommend this IHOP ever!

Ran out of hashbrowns, then potatoes, so my breakfast was served with french fries. I ordered water and it tasted like they dunked the cup in the dish water and served it to me. All in all not a good experience

Waited over 10 minutes to get added to the wait list. Not a single employee even acknowledged our existence so we left. Very poor customer service, management, and staffing.
We ate here about 6 years ago and it was great food and great service. Took my girlfriend and my grandson yesterday and the place has gone from great to terrible. The service and food was not good at all. Definitely won't recommend for anyone to eat here.

Absolutely terrible. I ordered curbside an hour prior and still waited an EXTRA 30 minutes at the store pregnant hungry I called right when I got there to let them know I was there and I could clearly see that my order was just sitting there on the counter while the server was on her phone behind the desk so I had to walk in and get it myself. I ordered the BLT and when I got it was nasty and wet. Lifted the bun and little half piece of bacon and a big ass tomato was the only thing there. This is unacceptable! Worst experience iv had at ihop very disappointed and I would highly recommend to go another ihop instead!

Another patron came in behind me with speakerphone and talked the entire time while I was there . No IHOP staff asked her to try and keep the conversation to herself.
As always, food was great!
