Arguably the Richlands Hwy IHOP is the best IHOP due to almost always being empty. Due to the location of the other IHOP being on Western Blvd and right in front of the mall it is almost always packed. However, what truly disappointed my family and I on our last visit almost made us look for a new breakfast place. Another patron came in behind me with speakerphone and talked the entire time while I was there . No IHOP staff asked her to try and keep the conversation to herself.

My server charity was so welcoming and kind. She made sure to get my kids food out first so so my food wasn’t cold by the time I was done cutting my kids food up she is very management potential or very recommend eating here and asking for charity
