Only reason I’m giving a 5 star is because of the great customer service from the lightskin manager with the braids that was working tonight (she was very polite and understanding even gave us extra wings!) However, the workers that works the to go/curbside pickup tonight completely ignored my husband the first time he went in there to see when the food would be done and weren’t very friendly. We waited for our food for an hour and still hadn’t gotten any response on when it would be done (they supposedly never even dropped the wings) until my husband asked for the manager. We ordered bone in wings and ended up with boneless. Thank you to the manager though! She needs a raise.

Worst wings I’ve ever had. Big slimy, underfried. Flavor of sauce was good, however the wings were entirely too large and full of nasty fat. Would never recommend them for wings in Jacksonville. Owner, do better.

Food is good! I love the fries that come with the wings and the different types. Really enjoy lemon pepper flavor. However, they use doordash for delivery and sometimes it takes way too long. I know they can't control this...

BUYER BEWARE: This is CHILLI'S online persona. Gross. Ordered this "on accident"; through DoorDash. I remember last year checking addresses as I knew some on door dash have "fake names" but I mistakenly thought this was going to be WingStop. Gross. They were so soggy; and prob raw. But at 10pm they were "ok". Threw most of it away.

Chicken was half done, my daughter threw up her food a total waste of 32 wings fries was stale this is my last time ordering from here who can I speak to about the way they cook my food they should check the temperature of the chicken before serving

Ordered for the first and last time from this place. My chicken was completely raw in the middle and i had ordered a 16 pc combo. Im 8 months pregnant and had to make myself puke what i had already ate. Disgusting.
