“Since I moved to North Carolina, I haven’t found a place with really good food. Coming from New Jersey, you know how it is, We got the best food around. I stopped in Jersey Mike’s when I first moved here years ago and let’s just say I was not impressed. I didn’t go back for six years. But I went to the beach and we passed a Jersey Mike’s. I said let me stop in and get an Italian hoagie because I’m starving. Let me tell you what, it took me right back to New Jersey when I was 17 years old, sitting on the block with the crew… man, it was good… I’ve gone back three times in the last two weeks. And I’m coming again. I so look forward to getting another hoagie. You cannot beat an original Italian hoagie, drenched in oil and vinegar….“

“We've had awesome experiences there, and before this evening I would've given 5 stars for sure. We ordered online to be picked up by us, which we've done before with no issues. Well apparently today someone took our order so we had to wait for fresh stuff. Cool, I appreciate that. I also would've appreciated an actual apology and my order to be completely correct, but I also should've checked before leaving. I didn't expect anything for free, but an apology would've been great, maybe an offer for a drink while we waited, a cookie in the bag, a coupon for next time, something. But again, I wasn't expecting anything except for what I paid for in advance (and tipped on!). There were way too many people behind the counter for orders to be mistakenly taken, and then not even a friendly sincere apology or everything I'd asked for. Definitely will think about spending money here again.
***Update: I felt compelled to change my rating after receiving a personal phone call from Tyler, I believe the general manager. Although we didn't speak, I was very surprised and impressed that he'd even go through the trouble of calling me. That speaks volumes about what type of business they're running, and I appreciate it!“
