I placed and paid for an order online. I arrived at the shop 5 mins before 9pm and the doors were locked and employees were cleaning. Two different employees saw me knocking on the door and ignored me deliberately for 3 minutes while I continued to knock. I could see the order was finished and ready for pick up. This is bad business of your posted hours of business are until 9pm you should not lock your doors and ignore paying customers before that time.

This is a great location with great and friedly staff. I never have any complaints with the food, these are the best subs in town. The staff was amazing and quick.
Vegetarian options: There are several vegetarian options at Jersey Mikes as everything can be customized.
Dietary restrictions: There are plenty of options for most restrictions.
Parking: There is plenty of parking available in the parking lot directly in front of the store.

This place is just amazing. The workers are awesome. The food is amazing. And it's kick back atmosphere sends nothing but good vibes.
Parking: The entrance on weatwr Blvd is very rough. I would suggest using the side street to get and. And the parking lot is small and weird

I love Jersey Mike's it's normally my go to! But I was a little disappointed with the 4 subs I purchased earlier today. There was about half the amount of meat as they usually use and it felt like I had no meat at all..... hopefully it is a one time thing. Great food and service otherwise!
Restaurant was busy but I found I could place order in line quicker. Service was great ? people were friendly.Then food was wonderful.

I love Jersey Mike's, but not all of the locations are as good as others. This location is fantastic. They just make better sandwiches than the other stores (Swansboro comes to mind). Definitely my favorite chain of sandwich shops. They are generous with the ingredients, unlike other chains, and they will make your sandwich any way you like.

The meats were not the same quality as I am used to. I pointed out that the meat appeared shreaded while being sliced. Unfortunately, it was not the slicer. It was the meat (salami specifically). Taste and texture were so off-putting that I refused to eat it. In addition, the steak sandwich was not prepared as ordered (I didn't even hear or smell the grill!). I would have returned, but it was 50 minutes away. I am very dissatisfied with this location.
