I’ve really tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt but it’s just not it. They’ve messed up my order multiple times, and even given my order to someone else entirely. After my experience today I’m just done altogether. I did an online order for myself today but also went in and ordered for a co worker. The first two employees in the assembly line were rude when I didn’t understand a question and then made jokes about it loud enough that I could hear them. I picked up my to go order and paid for my co workers only to get it back to work and realized yet again they couldn’t read simple instructions and messed up my order (nothing complicated just add pickles and no oregano). I’ve been coming to this location for years but it just keeps going down in service. I’ll be driving out of my way next time I decide to eat Jersey Mike’s to opt for a better location.

Since I moved to North Carolina, I haven’t found a place with really good food. Coming from New Jersey, you know how it is, We got the best food around. I stopped in Jersey Mike’s when I first moved here years ago and let’s just say I was not impressed. I didn’t go back for six years. But I went to the beach and we passed a Jersey Mike’s. I said let me stop in and get an Italian hoagie because I’m starving. Let me tell you what, it took me right back to New Jersey when I was 17 years old, sitting on the block with the crew… man, it was good… I’ve gone back three times in the last two weeks. And I’m coming again. I so look forward to getting another hoagie. You cannot beat an original Italian hoagie, drenched in oil and vinegar….

Just visited earlier this afternoon, the employees are so awesome! Their customer service skills are great, and my sandwich was awesome! I will definitely be back! Wish every store had this kind of genuine service and kindness.

Way too pricey. I know the economy is tough but it’s tough on all of us. It’s not easy paying almost $20 for one sandwich. Very disappointing that it’s come to this but I get it. It’s Jacksonville NC so you don’t expect those prices. I won’t be eating out as much because I work too hard for not enough money. The food is good though just not worth the cost of admission.
